Abq Original Trilogy DVD Giveaway

Hey all!

Because wook and I are the all-powerful, but wise and benevolent leaders (hey, quit the snickering!), we are having a giveaway.

Thanks to Gecko, the group has a free copy of The Original Trilogy (Widescreen) on DVD. And because he forgot to just tell me quietly and give it to me so I could have it for my very own (my preccciooousssss), it'll be given away to one lucky member of Mos Alba.

That's right, you gotta be a member of the group. Visitors? Sorry.

But, since not everyone is on the boards, it's making it a bit hard to figure out how to do this. But, also, since it was given to us by Hastings for the DVD release, I want to say those that attended one or both DVD release events should have a more than average shot of getting it.

Okay, so what I want to know first, is who DOESN'T HAVE a copy yet. I'll start a list below:

But actually, you can take my name off of the list. I have no need for it really and I will most likely get it for my birthday in a few weeks from the parents. There are probably others in the group who want it or can't afford it.

Actually, I think we're gonna put everyone's name in the bucket, with people who showed up at either event an extra entry. Even if someone already has a copy, they can decide what to do with it.

okay well whatever... I would still like to keep my name out of it-so someone else has a better chance, but up to you guys you are in charge.

 

You don't have to put my name in the contest. I already got a set and to tell the truth, if I got another the wife would probably send me to the salt mines of Kessel to be smashed into who knows what.

On another note, I have a proposition for Mos Alba members. Remember when I loaned out my SW Radio Dramas a few years ago to those who wanted to listen to them and/or make copies? Well now here's something new. I have gotten copies of the Original movies on DVD. Thats right, the pre Greedo shooting first, no Jedi Rocks, and yub yub Celebration with Sebastion Shaw as Anakin. The movies most of us saw in our childhood. If anyone has a DVD burner then we all have them, wink wink, nudge nudge.
