Peaches!

I have decided that the JCC needs a thread celebrating peaches. If there is one already, please forgive me.

Don't you just love peaches? I could eat them all day. Last night I ate a peach with the fuzz on, and it was indescribably delicious. I couldn't understand why I don't eat them that way all the time, and not just when my roommate's knife is dirty and I'm too lazy to go wash it. Normally I peel the peach, then quarter it and eat the quarters in large bites of deliciousness. My mom usually peels them and cuts them in really thin slices, and we eat them with sugar and milk. Only I like them with half-and-half. Mmmmmmm! Am I making you hungry for peaches yet?

I have long held that the fabled apple from the Adam and Eve story was not actually an apple, but rather a peach. I still believe that.

Peaches are awesome! I'm a big fan of most fruit but peaches are way up there on my list.

 

On the episode of Rocko today, there was a demonish type person named Peaches who tried to steal Hefer's soul. In the end, he failed and was banished to his own show called "Peaches' Modern Life." A good episode, overall.
