Ark PLEASE READ ME! WE ARE MEETING AT THE BURGER KING BY ALLTEL AT 330 FOR TWISTERS SHOW

OK People
We have the possible oppurtunity to perform in an event at an Arkansas Twisters football game on July 1st. We need to know how many will be committed to a half time show of approximately 7 min. that will be a staged showdown between a Dark Jedi (Anakin)and his Stormtroopers and a Jedi padawan of Count Dooku who has gathered many Jedi to help fight him. This is a great oppurtunity but will require a great deal of organization and rehearsal. We need to know who is interested and what you "troop" as (Trooper, Jedi, Mandalorian, Star Wars geek on the sidelines, whatever etc) This is NOT, I repeat, not a set in concrete event as of yet. We need numbers of people and a level of committment before we can precede to coordinate with the Twisters people with whom we have discussed this oppurtunity. I need a count by no later than this Friday. If you want to participate, but need a Jedi costume, one can be attained at a very minimal cost. (Perhaps free) Attendance at a minimum of two rehearsals in the central Arkansas area will be required. (This will be waved only for out of state participants and those who live far from Central Arkansas) Please let me know if you are interested so that we can get this written up and get with the Twisters people. This is an incredible oppurtunity for us to show off our costumes and abilities and to let people know that Arkansas has one of the greatest "Fan Forces" around.

I have to check with family. My sister will be in town that weekend. I am going to suggest that we (my family) go to the game. We've never been... Are we going to get a deal on this? I don't want have to pay and perform... It would be really nice if we could get some more free or at least discounted tickets for family.

I can be there July 29, but not July 22. I am still up in the air about July 1.

 

halftime performance on July 1 = no.

Costumed appearance for photographic oppurtunity during kids night on July 1 = yes.

Halftime performance later in the month of July (either 22 or 29.) = yes, but date not determined.

Does that ease the confusion?

July 29th is set for the 5 minute scripted event during half time.

 

Update:

On July 1st we will be at Twister's game in cosutme for family night. Work the door, pose for photos...that sort of thing.

The half time event is set for July 29th. If you will be participating in the half-time event please pm me so we can make arrangements for a rehearsal. Thanks again.

July 1st - I'm out. Sammie's b-day party has been moved to that day. July 29th - I'm sure I'll be able to be there as support at least.

 

Remember, I only have 20 passes for July 1st.
If... and a big if... we run out of passes, and have more people than passes,
then you may have to purchase a ticket.
