If memory serves me correctaly from the last time I went to a cool farm I visit once in a while...they make a cheeping sound...almost like the cheep of a hens chick.

Im pretty sure of that, but its been a while since Ive been around one (about 1 1/2 years)

 

EMUS ROCK!! They go: "EMUS ARE THE SUPREME BIRDS OF THE UNIVERSE, AND ARE MUCH COOLER THAN OSTRICHES," or something like that.
