This thread is for any miscellaneous behind the scenes content from the prequel trilogy. I'll start with a video I made of the original cut of Jango Fett's death (reconstructed from the original animatics). It's pretty minor, but was actually edited very differently in the final film. I was going to do this for the rest of the Geonosis battle (reincorporating it with surrounding footage), but it became too daunting when it became apparent how most of the clips were sped up or slowed down, if ever so slightly in the final film.
Very cool. Looks more like the Beheading was last resort move which would be more fitting for the Jedi. And then...its Windu so its fits too that he goes straight for the head
From the AOTC Hyperspace webcam - I was still on dialup at this point and it took forever to download:
There was no Hyperspace during the Ep II Production. All that stuff was made for the Ep III Production.
So Jango Fett was doing some sowing work on camera? Ha. Interesting they still had the outfit around in 03. So I guess the costume department was up on Skywalker Ranch and not in the Australian studios.
These two And in the background to the left, Jake's sister Madison, who died of natural causes in 2018
What a great pic of Hayden and Rick. Never really noticed how they pulled off the prosthetic arm before; it looks like Hayden's real arm is under the robe versus just sticking the new hand up his sleeve.
