[image=http://cdn.sandbag.uk.com/RV/c/TKOLPackshot.jpg] you can preorder digital/"newspaper" editions here. the digital version will be available for download feb. 19. no "pay what you want" model this time. special "newspaper" edition will be shipped may 9. standard retail version (CD/vinyl) will be out in march. no tracklist yet. thoughts? i'm pretty jazzed, myself.
Stoked... will be downloading it on the 19th, for sure. The newspaper version is tempting, but I'll probably just go with the download.

I wish I was smart enough to pass judgment instantly. I quite liked the album. It reminded me somewhat of Neil Young in his doom trilogy phase, with a little bit of dubstep thrown in. duende got his wish though, it is very melty sounding.
Just got it, listening now. I'm digging the first track, so if they can keep this feel up I should be in for a good listen.
nah, not really. i'm a little underwhelmed by it is all. sounds like eraser pt. II in many spots. not to say that it won't grow on me some.
It's an ok album, though none of the tracks really stood out to me. Perhaps I was just had too high of expectations...
yeah, i agree with you two. don't hate it and will definitely give it a few more listens but kinda disappointed. oh well.
Yeah... disappointed - I mean, I don't think it's awful... I think I need to listen a few more times, it may grow on me. Been kind of a depressing past year for music, for me - three of my favorites, Arcade Fire, The Decemberists, and now Radiohead have disappointed me with their latest releases.
Yeah, I've given it a fair amount of listens (talking about The Decemberists), I just can't bring myself to like it, which sucks, because I love the band... a lot. It's very vh1 / John Mayor / Jack Johnson-ish, to me... if that makes any sense.
