As I had posted in another topic the film was great!!! Waiting for it was fun too. I went with like 8 friends so we had a lot of fun!!! When we went to buy food like 15 mins before the movie started, a friend and I started singing the SW Gangsta Rap!!! We sang it all and everyone enjoyed it!!! We had lightsabers duel and it was a lot of fun!!! Then the lights dimmed and everyone screamed!!! The previews came on and they were good but I couldnt wait any longer!!! Then finally we heard the music for 20th Century Fox and everyone went crazy!!! The movie was excellent!!! Everything I expected and so much more!!! I personally think it's the best movie of the entire saga!!! It was so awesome!!! I even cried a couple of times!!! Then 10 mins before the movie ended, just as Leia was about to be born. The film melts!!! I couldnt believe it, it took me like 10 secs to finally figure out that the film had melted!!! Then a friend of mine and I ran outside and we saw other fans running out from their theatres and we were told that it had happened in many auditoriums but that the problem would be fixed. So we went back inside and we waited for about 5 mins and the film resumed. PHEW!!! We lost like 20 secs though, which I made up later that day at 7:30 when I watched it again. :D So overall my experience of ROTS was awesome!!! Can't wait to see it again!!! MTFBWY!!!

It was good at first when I saw it on Thursday. Then I saw it today. To tell you the truth - I was disappointed. Many questions were left unanswered. If you want my entire criticism of the movie then go to the ROTS (Spoilers) Forum.

That's it - no more Star Wars movies! Start crying - I already am! NOOOOO!!!

Ok, I'm over it. That's how much I disliked ROTS. This will help you out. Here's my Saga movie list in order of best to worst:

1 - The Empire Strikes Back
2 - Return of the Jedi
3 - Attack of the Clones
    4 - A New Hope
5 - Revenge of the Sith
    6 - The Phantom Menace

the new theatre in kendall where i went was packed and alot of people dressed up, or at least brought light sabers (wich weren't allowed IN the theatre).
i just wore a black gothic gown and furry black boots (black wookie feet!).
alot of people, including my boyfriend wore the darth vader voice changing mask/helmet. wich, by the way, the batteries started dying and it started like malfunctioning and just constantly breathing. there is no way to turn the thing off. people were whispering "is that the movie?" and "turn it off!". it was embarrassing! we finally wrapped it up in a friends trench coat.

i think they reserved 13 of the 16 auditoriums. standing in line didn't really make a difference cuz i had my tix like 2 weeks in advance. i didn't realize they were seating by auditorium. i was in #10, incase anyone else was.

they let us in around 9:30-10:00 to sit and wait inside. i think the a/c was broke though, but it wasn't too bad.

needless to say, it was awesome and worth every minute of the 4 hours i stood outside in line.

i'll have pix up in my live journal soon, if anyone would like to take a look. i'll repost after i get 'em online.

You can download the movie from Morpheus and other P2P programs. One of the English teachers in my school showed ROTS on May 19!!! The film was leaked just a couple hours after it was released!!! It's crazy!!! But trust me this movie's not gonna be harmed by piracy cuz it's Star Wars!!! Gonna go watch it today at the new Kendall theatre!!! MTFBWY!!!

This is what I wrote for another board I go to (http://www.starwarsfans.net)

I went to the midnight showing of EP3 and waited 1 1/2 hours in a long line. Where I stood in the lobby was not that far from where I stood at the Spider-man 2, but this time I wasn't the very last in line. Picture a big rectangular room (longer from back to front), the beginning of the line starts at the top right and stretches all along the wall and ends at the top left corner and doesn't stop ending. Imagine me at the center of that line around the middle of the bottom side.

I went in my costume -which I had some pictures taken of me and as soon as they get developed I'll put them up- and me and one other guy were the only ones in costume! Two other people had those $90 replicas that had the shaft that lit up and someone else had one of those $20 toys that lit up. I had the $8 toy that just extended and held up in a tough battle.

When we went into the theater there were ALOT of previews which everyone booed at when a new one came on until the 20th Century Fox logo came up which is when everyone clapped and cheered. When the LucasFilm logo came up everyone clapped and cheered. When the "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away..." came up everyone clapped and cheered. When the "Star Wars" came up very little people clapped and there was no cheering. There was laughing in some scenes like when Yoda crawled on Chewbacca's shoulder and most of the people clapped and cheered in the Yoda fighting the clones scenes and the Anakin legless-armless body falling to the ground was great. And then the dreaded end of the movie when the credits came, there was a final sad applause.

When I got home it was about 3:00am, and I had to wake up for school at 6:00am, so I didn't sleep very well. It was a great movie and I can't wait to see it again
