Ricola Cough Drops

**** YOU!!!!

So I have a bit of a sore throat.
Somehow sucking on the cough drop it formed some sharp edges near the middle.
Before I knew it my tongue was pierced with a jagged edge.
Not only was a bleeding a lot and non-stop, but I had a piece of cough drop lodged in my tongue!
It still hurts 11 hours later.

Awwww.... Ricolla's are nasty...

I cut my tongue on a cinnamon jolly rancher once.... that **** hurts..

Ouch. I didn't know they could be so dangerous.

When I have a sore throat, I buy that generic pack of cherry drops. Love 'em.

 

Those cherry ones are like candy.

I usually go with the Halls Ice Blue or Honey Lemon.
Those work great.

 

How could you trust Ricola in the first place? I think those things are in a time warp... everytime you get one off the stands, you're really reaching in and retrieving one from the fifties or something.

Which is why I always go with Halls.

 

I'll only use Halls honey lemon, or cold-eez

I refuse to use this swiss-made crap. It's a travesty and a sham. I will never use Ricola again.

 

Ouch.

But yeah, I like Ricola cough drops allright. I find that they help if you have a mild sore throat. But for a really bad sore throat, I need a numbing type of cough drop.
