ROTS HAIRSTYLE= Anyone seen Anakin wannabes?

This is kinda weird actually. Since ROTS Anakin picks first surfaced, I gradually noticed people grow their hair a bit. Have any of you noticed this trend?

Honestly, a guy at my school is a SW fan and he used to have short hair. The guy is practically growing a mullet! I've seen this with various people who had shorter hair before. Will ROTS create a "Retro 70's hairstyle phenomena?"

Anyone know someone who changed hairstyles because of ROTS?

Maybe they're getting ready to dress up like Anakin at the premiere?

Well my hair has been long for a while, longer than when I knew Anakin was going to have long hair, but I HAVE noticed that I can get it to kinda look like his, because it's a similar length...

 

I have had Leia's ANH hairstyle for 15 yrs now, my co-workers at the funeral parlor just accept it

 

I've has long hair for about 19 months.

Hate to break it to you, but longer hair has been in style for awhile now.

I alternate between short and long hair every two or three years. I never realized it had anything to do w/ Star Wars.

 

uhh, supposedly long hair is "in" right now, the new trend as they say...coincidence? most likely...

 

It's a weird hair style. Hayden Christensen can pull it off and look cool but I don't think the average joe is going to be able to.

Part of what makes it look cool in the movie is that it's all greasy and messed up, he has black under his eyes, and scars all over his face. It'll look kinda faggoty on someone wearing blue jeans and a gap t-shirt.

I do occasionally get the urge to grow an Obi-Wan like beard but I usually bail on it after a few days.

 

It looks stupid.

I get my hair cut frequently.

It always looks like a Jedi Padawan's if I get it cut and gelled

 

It'll be pretty funny if the majority of the fans at the midnight premiere show up with "rocker" hairdos.

 

I upset my brother by telling him that he has hair like Anakin's. He went to get it cut the next day and informed me rather joyfully that now it's close to Obi-wan's.

I see a couple of Obi-wan lookalikes at uni, especially among philosophy students

 

Anakin's ROTS hairstyle is much better than the one in AOTC. It suits him.
