I hope somebody can answer this...

Does the Rubies Plo Koon mask include anything for the eyes (as pictured) or are there only two large holes?

I got one from an eBay merchant and mine only had holes for the eyes, while the pictures I have seen (all official pictures from Rubies probably and not photos of the actual product) show a netting or goggle-lenses or something.

    Can anybody confirm this?

Here is the mask on Rubies Official site.
Here is the official promotion picture that all eBay merchants use (instead of showing an actual photo of their mask).

The one I had years ago had mesh netting in the eyes, no lenses or anything else.

Easy fix. Buy a pair of swimming goggles. Rip out the plastic lenses and put in wire mesh. Then paint em and glue it all in. Would take maybe a day of work.

Or just glue netting over the eyes like my mask...

And what about the others (i.e. Kit Fisto, Ki-Adi Mundi, Saessee Tiin, and Even Piell)?

    What about them?

Do they have eye problems as well? I guess the only one I should really be asking about is Fisto. The others pretty much have regular eyes. Though from what I've seen the Ki-Adi Mundi has open eye holes, as well.

The Kit mask has eyes, but that's the least of your concerns with accuracy on that one.

Thanks so much for all of your answers and suggestions!

I am in dispute with the seller about this and she claims that she got 24 of the masks from Rubies and none of them have the netting. They all have two large holes! Strange. Rubies must have removed the netting in recent models. Or she is lieing.

I guess I will search out a black netting somewhere that I can paste in like one of you suggested.

    Cheers! :)

the cheapest/easiest fix for the netting may be a trip to the local hardware store. they should have black flexible netting for keeping leaves out of the gutters, which may work and a roll only costs a couple of dollars. also, for blacked-out eyes, try the "faceless" hood masks at any halloween department. they are also only a couple of bucks and can be cut and glued to darked eyes in masks.

I hear there's different versions of the mask out there. I love mine, but I hear some are a weird pink color, so I would believe your seller. Masks like this tend to get changed. Just ask anyone who bought a Don Post Boba Fett helmet.

What about a DP Boba? Also, eye suggestion for Plo: go to your local fabric store and get a little scrap of mesh!

The Fett helmets changed every year. Look it up.
