Secret KOTOR II Message?

I don't know if this has been discussed yet, or if someone found it yet. On Peragus, I was playing as a Dark Side Jedi Sentinal. I went in to get Atton out of the force cage and asked him if he had a big mouth. Then, instead of saying Atton...Atton Rand,sorry for not shaking hands..., he said, "I'm Atton, I wasn't even supposed to make it into the final game, blame my agent. I was designed for some Jedi Knight spinoff,I don't even what to talk about what happened "there"." Anyone find this yet?

 

That line was to be on XBOX Live somewhere I believe, but it is very strange you heard it in the game itself. Another one of KOTOR II's weird glitches.

 

Thats supposed to be cut dialogue. Erm, maybe your game is a version that wasnt screwed over and yuou get all the goodies like the HK factory and REAL frelling endings

 

This is the first time I have ever seen it. I've never seen it as a Guardian or a Consular though.

 

That isn't cut dialogue. The game programmers put that in as a little "Easter egg" after you've played through the game once on light and once on dark. There are a few more of them, such as Mira getting some extra dialogue with Atton.

Someone could write a whole fanfic about that...but a little bit of intrigue does rise from it. Atton's words possibly hint at a new Jedi Knight series game, if there's anything close to a real story behind them.

 

I got it as a dark Guardian now. I only got it after beating the game on dark.

 

I recall hearing that you get little "humor lines" when you play through the game for a third time.

I heard that line too. I heard some funny ones playing through the game a few times.

Once I was a hot light side chick, and at the beginning where you are half naked and find the miners uniform, I told Atton I found a minor's uniform to wear he went, "Aw Darn it. I mean. that's good. At least you won't be running around, etc."

 

I have never heard of that before.

That's a funny one, I've had that. I think it happens if you're female.

yeah i have heard the line about Atton, I've heard it like 3 times in the game

 

I don`t know if this is a secret...probably not.
Did any of you get the dialog thing when you enter the Ebon Hawk and
Mira,Handmaiden and Visas discus how great you are and how to "deal" with you
Mira:tie him up and starve him in a cell for 3 days till his open for "suggestion"
I think it was 3 days if not longer, can`t really remember...Anyway it`s one
of my favorit coversasions between the characters,and I only got it once...
Did anyone else get it...And yes Atton makes the "darn" remark if you play as
female and you don`t tell him to keep the comm line clear.
