Shaak Ti's Cartoon Wardrobe

I really like the design of the Shaak Ti character in the Clone Wars cartoon. Her color scheme/lekku pattern really fits in well with the overall feel of Tartakovsky's version of the GFFA.

One question though: Is Shaak Ti's wardrobe different in the cartoon than it is in the movies?

I've done some image searches around the web, but in most pictures Shaak Ti's wardrobe is concealed almost entirely by her outer cloak.

Shaak Ti's action figure indicates that she is wearing a pair of black or brown boots, but on the Clone Wars cartoon, her boots appear to be the same shade of red as her face. Either that, or she's pulling a Tahiri Veila. What's the deal?

 

Its a cartoon and from time to time even animaters screw up...

 

Possible of course, but in this case, they consistently color her that way.

Check out the opening charge led by Yoda in season one, and then again during the entire "rescue the Chancellor from Grievous" sequence near the end of the last season.

I doubt they screwed up every time they put her on the screen.

I really did not notice a difference in Shaak Tis' wardrobe in the cartoon and in the movie.

 

Thanks flex_187ad! I was wondering when someone would comment. You have to be familiar with Grievous, XJ-9, and Tommy Tutone to get the joke!

Saberwielder315 - Yeah, its not a huge difference or anything, its just that she appears to have brown/black boots on in the movie, and she's either barefoot or has boots that match her skin tone in the cartoon. On any other character I don't think I'd have noticed, but like I said, I'm kind of intrigued by Shaak Ti's color scheme/design.

 

I love talking about Shaak Ti! I just love her CW designe, she's just so cute! Her personality is great too! She's just so conserned for the wellbeing of her comrads in arms/friends and she so lovely too.

 

Yeah, Shaak Ti is awesome. I think in Clone Wars she's just barefoot.
