***Shattered Galaxies****

Sooo as a huge fan of the MMO RTS Shattered Galaxies i was wondering if..

1. Anyone here has/still does play it?

2. If you have what are your opinions of it and what faction/regiment/charName where you.

Just kinda interested because its such a great game but has such a small community.

EDIT: Oh btw if anyone is wondering what the hell SG is, its Basically Starcraft with Capture the Flag, and no base building but units which level up and such.

Quite fun.

 

I can't get it to work. I downloaded it, yet I can't connect to a server.

 

Hmm well since theres been so many updates it gets hard sometimes.

Make sure you download the file that says:

UPDATED: Download SG Single client versian 1.64!

Or something along those lines

EDIT: Oh also make sure you try and log in again if thats the client u did download becuase yesterday there was a server reset so you may have been unlucky enough to try and connect to server during one of the few downtimes

If the computers good in my experience it doenst matter how slow you are it will run decently fine. It has reasonably low requirements and its tons of fun.

Warning though its probably the most addicting thing iv ever played

Hmm no one else is interested in an MMO capture the flag starcraft? thats in its crudest form.. but still more people should check i tout. BESIDES they recently made it free

 

Hey, it's nice to see people still interested in SG. I've been playing it for almost a year now. When you get to relic, the planet for low lvl characters, don't let the other characters intimidate you (most of them are players that enjoy easy kills and easy wins, not very sportsman). I spent a few months on relic, in the faction monos, but when i finally got the courage to go to the planet w/ upper lvl players on it (Morgana Prime), I found that I was missing out on alot while on relic. If you wish to fully enjoy the game, I'd recommend getting past relic quickly. If anyone still wants to join the game, feel free to look me up in there and ask any questions about gameplay. I'd either have an answer or know who does have an answer. My in-game name is the same one I use here, Shinobiku, I'm in the faction Terminus, the regiment Einherjar (the regiment that runs www.ituroncavalry.com).
