My first first kiss didn't, and I think that was a good thing. Too much too fast would have freaked me out at that point. My second first kiss did, though, and I sure wasn't objecting. So I guess I would say that it depends on the situation and the persons involved.

Probably ideally not, or it should last for a little while without tongue first and then include it. My "first kiss" with my second boyfriend was like this, first no tongue and then a little at the end, and I think it was probably ideal.

As for my actual first kiss, that had tongue, and it was my fault. I wasn't thinking and just did that (it was his first kiss as well, we didn't so much know what we were doing). He said I was reasonably good at it though, so I wouldn't say I regret that or anything. It's just a little more than I would recommend in general for the very first one. On the other hand, if you don't scare someone off with it, no reason not to I suppose. Although it might depend on your age. When I was quite young (13 or 14) one of my friends was saying that French kissing seemed like a big deal to her.
