okay, they really got me with the skeleton jumpscare

 

I was totally unprepared for the end titles music choice of "Dem Bones."

 

Woohoo! First page!

 

That was an unexpected plot twist to find out that the Skeleton in Skeleton Crew was a backdoor pilot into a slow TV special about watching the inside of a cupboard.

 

So Owen and Beru aren't headlining this one?

 

Ohhh burn.

 

Are Tootles, Nibs, Slightly and Curly in this?

(No Twins, I guess we've had enough of them...)

 

Can't wait to see Mama Fratelli and Rosalita

 

I enjoyed the Sean Astin cameo.

As it is dropping in the middle of the night here this Jedi is now going to bed extra early (which is almost impossible for this adhd jedi normally) so that I wake up three hours before watch the episodes and then go to work because I don’t want spoilers ehehehe let the fun begin!

 

This is where the fun begins

 

Skeleton Crew, the series is finally in the starting blocks.

I liked the first episode as a starting point. A few clichés shown down and the characteristics of the children were established. I immediately liked SM-33, which reminded me of the droid from Rogue One: humorous clubbing robot.

You have to adjust your perspective a bit and look at the whole thing from a somewhat childish eye. When the spaceship gradually turned on its lights and buttons, it was a magical moment.
