Hi. I'm using After Effects 6.5 Pro for some video work for the school I work at and have run into a problem. This year the Grade 7 & 8 play is Jack and the Magic Bean. I'm planning on creating the opening and closing sequence animations for the dvd. What I would like to know is it possible to transform the 3d animations to make them look like they were done with water colours. Can this be done in After Effects, or do I need to use another program.

I have a plugin called Synthetic Aperture which I used to do some colour correction on last years play, but I don't think that will be able to do what I want.

Thank you very much for your help.

    Pedrith :)

Synthetic Apature isn't going to work for you in that instance.

I'd suggest just playing around with AE filters and effects.

I you have too, you could alway export as a .flm and apply the effect in 'shop. I know it has that as a filter.
