Manson's Soul May Be Saved

As Christians pray for his salvation...

In strange news, one hundred evangelical Christians prayed for Marilyn Manson's soul. The service happened in Monterrey, Mexico. The service was in conjunction with a protest against a Marilyn Manson concert happening on November 5th.

3,000 citizens have signed a petition objecting to the Manson concert but all signs are that the concert will go ahead as planned.

Somehow I don't see Manson and Jerry Fawell on the 700 Club together anytime soon.

 

The Lord works in mysterious ways. Everyone's a human. *shrug* I don't see how it can hurt, do you? I think it's a better attitude than flat out protesting which won't accomplish anything anyway. Benevolence is the better answer to something you disagree with.

When I read the title of the article, I immediately thought of Charles Manson. Imagine my disappointment.

 

I ******* hate Maryilin Manson.

 

The guy is weird, but everyone deserves hope. When it comes to Marilyn Manson, that's the most we can give him.

Marilyn Manson is a freak. I can understand how alot of bands get their following: weird looks, good music or bad music, and good looks.

But Marilyn Manson only seems to have bad looks and Bad music

 

I swear I heard once that Marylin Manson actually goes to church every sunday.

 

I'm sure Mr. Warner is thrilled.

 

A billion people on Earth are starving and they're saving their prayers and outrage for Marilyn Manson?

Manson is just not that evil. He's not even a real social evil. He desperately wants to be America's worst nightmare, but he doesn't even register on the scale. He's really more America's mild sinus headache that won't quite go away.

If you're going to be outraged over something, make it something good.

He seems an intelligent man- especially on the money-making level . . .

The previously-mentioned Onion article is quite hilarious.

I wonder if he is so attention-desperate as stereotyped . . .

 

Has anyone asked him whether he wants to be "saved" yet, or are they saving him against his will?

 

Who cares...Marylin manson is a sad perfetic guy who's just out to make money and look like an idiot...Why ask him? He'll prob just say yes for publisity.
