No. The song "Broken" was originally an accoustic track at the end of Seether's debut album, Disclaimer, but was remade later as a plugged-in song, with Amy Lee doing guest vocals and writing in the strings.

You can find this track on one of two albums:

- The soundtrack to The Punisher...

&

- The re-release of "Disclaimer" entitled "Disclaimer II".

I'd recommend getting "Disclaimer II"...as it is not only an incredible album, but it has an additional eight tracks and a bonus DVD with a live performance and all of the band's videos (including the video for the re-made "Broken" featuring Amy Lee).

Much, much better album than the soundtrack to The Punisher, and well worth your money.

 

I like that one Evanescence song where she cries about how lonely and depressed she is. Which one is that?

 

All of them. But I like them though.
