I don't see any place for a Southeastern Kentucky FF. We have a lot of collectors and fans in London, Somerset, Corbin, etc. I'd love to get one started.
In order for a chapter to start, there has to be a display of interest. To get started, you are welcome to create a thread within that region and when activity develops it can be taken from there.
