The great-grandchildren of both Darth Vader and Darth Sidious. Talk about Force potential! It would actually be hard not to fall to the Dark Side with that bloodline.

Give Episode X to Abrams. Rey will have gotten pregnant from that kiss. It's a new Force power, you see. What, you didn't see that coming? It happens when there's a Dyad or whatever that was. This Force child will be two years old in Episode X. Rey will have to protect it from being tempted or pursued or something by Sheev Palpatine, who learned how to turn back time prior to events in ROS, and who... turns back time, and... announces it to the galaxy. And things happen.

 

Hard to take this seriously with "mated" in the thread title. Rey is not just a vessel for child bearing.

They would've likely had kids with the highest force potential in galactic history, potentially beating out Anakin Skywalker. But then the Skywalkers would continue to do something crazy or wrong in the galaxy. If you're a Skywalker or marry one, your life is gonna be crazy hard.

Well, we've already had at least one 'virgin' birth in the saga, so it has better odds of happening again that the Holdo manoeuvre.

 

If Ben had lived and mated with Rey....... surely Ben would have become pregnant in a delicious twist of the Force?

Why stop with rey???....with all the manbaby pandering and retconning to make him the hero....i half expect disneys next move to be to make the foundations of the next jedi order's code be that ben be granted the right of prima nocta with all future female jedi.

 

Every time I watch the movie and that scene comes up, I think about how much better it would work if they had known each other before Ben turned into Kylo. And I get what they're going for...essentially treating Ben and Kylo as two separate and unique individuals, kind of like Vader and Anakin, but it still doesn't make sense, because Rey doesn't know Ben.

 

I legit would not be shocked if they say that she was impregnated by him healing her or something; which would keep in mind be rape. I honestly would bet JJ would have suggested that at some point and not have understood how awful it is

 

So now every woman who has ever had a child is no more than a mere vessel? Women are certainly more than mothers but branding them as no better than brood mares like you did is hardly any more progressive.

On Pasaana, Rey seems quite enchanted by the group of small children like that's something she'd want in her future.

If it was without the consent of anyone involved, it is rape. Arguably it could also fall under using false pretenses if it happened when he healed her. If one of the parties involved did not consent to it, it is rape. Now if somehow it happens without either knowing that is a possibility....well then the force raped her not Ben. Either way it would be just so wrong

 

Star Wars is never going to show anything like that in the big screen or even come close to saying it. As much of a piece of **** Sheev is he probably conceived his son with someone willing. They aren’t going to do anything or mention anything close to it.

 

That was my issue too. Actually even we didn’t get to know Ben. It would have been better if they had at least talked about him and how he was when he was younger. Maybe Leia giving a talk to Rey so she had some insight in how he was.
