Okay Story!

Characters: Master Chief, UNSC, Republic, Covenant, Cortana,Separatists, and the Jedi Order
Time: Start of Clone Wars to ESB

A long time ago in a galxy far far away!

Star Halo Wars

After Halo, Master Chief was on a Forerunner ship and all the sudden, BOOMPH! The galaxies have merged into one! As Chief tries to make sense of things, Gravemind somehow sent his Flood Units into the new half of the galaxy, The half known as Nelvaan. The UNSC is trying to find Master Chief around the new galaxy while The Clone Wars keep on fighting, but however, the Covenant have started to invade Naboo and the Clones have to fight them off.

Master Chief stood still on the damaged ship while the engines were flaming in space. He never knew it would come to an end. As Chief looked, two foreign ships were heading towards the Forerunner ship Chief was on. [i]Can I trust them?[/i] Then Chief had an idea. He immediately flew down to the ringed planet, and all the sudden, Chief lost conscious.

Anakin, looked at Padme, "I wonder when we can start loving each other" Padme told him, "Right now." Anakin and Padme passionately kissed when a Hologram showed up. "Anakin, We need your help! Naboo is under attack by a strange alien race known as the Covenant. Sio Bibble is dead. Get yourselves out of the planet now!
All of the sudden, two Banshees started firing at Anakin. Anakin jumped, cutting the Banshees in half killing the Elites inside. Padme told Anakin, "Cover the building with the Naboo Starfighter parked, I need to get my outfit on and get a few weapons." Anakin sighed, "What ever you say M'lady" Anakin ran to the Naboo starfighter and told R2, "Get those engines started!" R2 pulled open the cockpit and Anakin went in. The ship flew and went in the surroundings of the island that he and Padme were on.

C-3PO was hopeless. Being on a hopeless secluded island, 3P0 was scared that the Covenant Elite would come and tear his limbs to pieces. But then, Padme came out and told 3PO, "Get to the Yacht, and I'll contact Anakin" C-3PO asked Padme, "Why do you dress so scantically?" Padme looked at Threepio, "Get out and get into the Yacht" Padme and Threepio got out of the door into the Yacht.

Anakin landed the Naboo Starfighter. R2 popped out as Padme ran to Anakin and told him, "We must get out of here"

Master Chief looked at his surroundings. He was covered by filthy material. Chief looked at himself, "SMG's check, Assault Rifle, check, Me, check" Chief got out of the filthy junk waste, "Where am I?" Soldiers looked at him very cautiously. Master Chief took a notice, these were not his troops, they were armored in white. Chief looked at a man in brown robes. "I am Obi Wan Kenobi, who are you?" insisted the Jedi Knight, "You must be from a foreign planet" Chief raised his voice, "I am John-117, SPARTAN-II, Master Chief Petty Officer" Obi Wan looked at him, "You must have something to do with this Naboo invasion do you?" Chief answered, "No, I have nothing to do with this" Then a brash young person came in, "I am Anakin Skywalker, you must be?" Chief told him, "Master Chief" Anakin looked at Obi Wan, "The Covenant have invaded Naboo" Obi Wan told him, "I know" Chief looked at him, "Where to?" Anakin told him, "Muunilist, It is the Separatist building HQ" Chief told them, "I'll lead the troops, modify my weapons." Obi Wan took the Assault Rifle and the SMGs to the station to modify it.

The Prophet took a look at Naboo, "Heh, Those people are now under slavery by the Covenant!" He looked at Xytan Jar Wrettinee, his favorite commander. "Have we conquered the whole planet yet?" The commander frowned, "No, There is a underwater city that we have not conquered" The Prophet then fell asleep.

Master Chief looked at Muunilist, "This is a bad planet" Anakin told him, "I'll be flying the sqaudro and you'll be leading the sophomore Delta Squad to attack the Legion." Chief asked, "What are the Legion?" Anakin told him, "They are made of the old Republic Emergency Army, They are not clones but they were made when Valorum was Chancellor" Chief got into the gunship, along with the whole Delta Squad.

Padme looked at the Chancellor, "Are you serious? There was an attack on Valorum from the Separatists?" Palpatine told Padme, "Yes, Valorum was going to be killed but somehow, someone saved him." Palpatine told Padme, "Someone from the Legion was arrested" Then a Gree came in with his hands cuffed, "Palpatine, I did not try to kill Valorum." Palpatine asked him, "Are you a Legion?" The Gree told the Chancellor, "I'm Thirby McGree, your average loner, stoner, and oddjob" Palpatine asked the Senate Guards, "He did not try to kill Valorum, take him away" The Senate Guards pulled him to freedom.

Master Chief looked at Boss, "I'm serious, We need to take out Legion reinforcements. As looking towards the Separatist docked ship, Sev asked the Chief, "How do we go through a Separatist ship, wiping out Legions?" Chief told the sophomore squad, "Just take pride in killing them, lick the blood later" Then, Boss and Chief, along with the other Deltas, ran, killing every battle droid in battle. As Master Chief fired every blast from his SMG's, into the droids, The Deltas wasted ammo from their DC-17's aiming at Spider Droids, killing them. Then, a transmission from Cortana appeared, "Sargent Johnson's on Muunilist, A Scorpion Tank is coming" Then Chief pulled the Cortana chip out of his helmet into the pocket of Chief. Chief looked at Boss, "That's the last of them droids. All we need is the Legion to come" Sev looked, "I like dead people" He was eating the ribs of a Durge Rat when Chief looked at him, "Stop eating the animal and back to work." Sev dropped the animal. Then a Pelican dropped a Scorpion and it landed on the hard ground. Chief asked Johnson, "Hmm... I suppose you're on Muunilist!" The stern sargent looked at Chief, "You allied with the Republic? We're just helping you kill the Legion." Chief told Johnson, "The Republic is a nice organization." Johnson looked skeptic of Chief, "I suppose they have a bad leader?" Chief told them, "The leader's just a weirdo, too old to run" The Deltas then got on the Tank and Chief drove, with Johnson providing cover from a Mongoose.

"Chief! We're there!"

Chief looked at the base, "Doesn't look too large." The base looked very small. Fixer asked him, "Will we win?" Chief answered, "I don't know." Johnson looked at Chief, "I'll be riding on the Pelican to fight the Separatists" Johnson tossed his shotgun to Chief. Chief ran to the base. He opened the door and the Deltas filtered in. Dark people in ninja clothes strangled the Deltas, but then Chief fired his shotgun and killed the Legion soldiers. Chief then looked at Sev, "I need to send a nuclear omen." Chief got out a handheld nuke. He pressed the nuke firmly on the shield generator, "Get out, the bomb will kill us!" The Squad got out, and stayed a far distance, then, a strange ray of light burst. What was it? It was a mushroom cloud. Chief then fell unconscious.

A still voice appeared, "You are the one who will stop the Force influence, you are the One." Chief asked, "Why am I chosen?" the voice told him, "You will destroy the artery in the core of Suri making it no more dark side." Chief rephrased it, "So, I am the Armageddon?" The voice told Chief, "No, you will bring peace to the galaxy" Chief told it, "It can't be! How can I bring peace? I bring war!" the voice told Chief, "You have lead a good life, you will die!" Chief told the voice, "I will never go there!" But the voice told him, "The Jedi are orchestrating a war against the Sith! You must prevent it! You must end war!" Chief woke up.

Nelvaan. The Flood had conquered the planet. It had accomplished it's goal. A village of the native Nelvaan was conquered by the Flood. Gravemind looked at the Techno Union offical, "I, will bring omen to the world!" A Flood carrier stabbed its tentacle into the official. The official was contaminated. Gravemind looked at his units, "Find a ship and spread" The soldiers wasted no time.

Part 5!

"Chief! Chief!"

The sound of Johnson nearly woke him up. Johnson asked, "Why'd you take off Cortana?" Chief told him, "She's in jetlag right now." The venerable sargent woke him up, "Chief! There's a whole lot of explaining to do!" Chief told Johnson, "I blew the base up!" Johnson looked at him, "The nuke was excellent, but you saved lives, like the Deltas!" Chief told Johnson, "I need to go to Coruscant to recover from trauma" Johnson looked at the clone trooper, "Take him to Coruscant!" Chief walked with the clone to the spare shuttle, and he flew Chief to Coruscant.

Three days later, The Chief and the clone pilot made it to Coruscant. The shuttle landed in the docking bay in the Jedi Council. Chief got off and started walking to the Council meeting regarding Muunilist and Kamino. As he walked up the stairs, he noticed that something was wrong. He looked and he saw a strange bald person, with two curved lightsabers, with it's blades red came up to Chief. Chief heard the hum and pulled a plasma grenade and stuck her. Chief soon discovered that the person's name was...
Asajj Ventress. He had killed Asajj with a plasma grenade. Master Windu came out the door and looked, "Chief, I'm amazed you got here quickly" Chief told him, "I killed a Sith, she tried to kill me, and I stuck her." Chief moved out of the way and Windu congratulated Chief. He was on his way to seeking advice from Master Yoda.

Master Chief looked at Master Windu, "I have reports from Muunilist! Durge is defeated, We have a new ally, and Muunilist is ours!" Master Windu clenched his fist in celebration. Chief looked at Windu, "What am I supposed to do?" Windu looked at Chief, "I don't know." Chief asked the small Jedi Yoda, "Can I talk to you?" Yoda walked with Chief to his meditating room. He opened the door. the room looked dim, with light bursting from the shades. Chief sat down. Yoda looked at him, "Do you have any problems, if there is, tell me" Master Chief told Yoda, "While I was on Muunilist, I had a dream where a still, cold voice spoke to me about a prophecy, a prophecy that I could destroy this core, called Suri, who was that talking to me?" Yoda looked at Chief, "Err... I will think into your mind I must, to find info about the person, Hard it is" Yoda looked into his mind, "Qui, G....on, No, Err... Freedon Nadd!" Yoda choked, "Nadd! Gh... He is an ancient Sith Lord, evil he is....You must not go to the Valley of the Jedi!" Yoda coughed, Chief told him, "I'll be at the Secrets, just so you know!" Chief ran to the Secrets section of the Archives. Then Yoda told him, "Do not go there! Dark, it is!" Chief stopped and turned around, "Do let the Prophecy come true, you must!" Chief came to Yoda, "I must resist the temptation"

The Covenant general looked at the map of the galaxy, "So, We have attacked Naboo, and what next?" The Prophet asked the general, "Get Coruscant, they say that Master Chief's on the planet" The general rallied his troops, "We rule all!" The troops marched to the Covenant flagship. The Arbiter asked the general, "Where are the Halos?" The general looked at the Arbiter, "Nothing was said." The Arbiter ran to the ship, and the doors closed.
