Fellow Lafayette area Star Wars fans, I am hoping that I am not the last of the jedi here in town. This is my rally cry! Let us all get excited for the blu-ray release of Star Wars and celebrate in some way. Please post with ideas.
Now I know how Luke felt when he thought he was the last of the jedi. In a town this large, there has to be a few Fanboys and Fangirls out there!
Well I must say being the only one at Best Buy waiting at 9:30am on Friday was interesting. Got a few looks with my Chewie backpack. Love the movies!
Well it seems my fiance and I are the only fans left. A sad day. I will keep posting in the hope that we can revive Star Wars fandom in the area.
It really stinks being the only fan in this town. My fiance and I want more fans to meet with and talk with. Let me know if you are interested!

Well, woke up tonight with a fever. Looks like a sick day for me tomorrow. It is however, a good time for a Star Wars movie marathon!
