New Manga announced, set between Last Jedi and Rise of Skywalker following a jedi fangirl and tinkerer who finds a lightsaber in a High Republic era vessel and then has to deal with the fallout of that, trying to learn what it means to be a jedi while dodging other people after the blade. More info to come at Celebration 2025 My thoughts: -Funny to get this soon after Skeleton Crew, sounds like what Whim was hoping for in the beginning of that series. -Nice to be getting some more stories in this era after a long drought, and the High Republic connection makes it extra fun. -Some very cool ship and character designs here. ---I particularly like the badguy fighter that looks like an evil limo. Brings back Rogue Squadron memories. ---The hero ship looks cool as well. Like a mix between a p-38 and a bomber. ---That a scaly Nautolan or some new species? ---A very inquisitor looking figure in the back, but not one of the Knights of Ren. Wonder how they will fit into things.
Funny thought for me was - of course a manga would be announced at CE Japan. Main thought is SQUEE ST ERA CONTENT.
