Hello everyone. Sorry for posting another pointless thread, but could someone tell me where I can get a good Star wars screensaver? I can't find any good ones on the internet. If you know of a could one that coincides with all six films, please tell me!

    Thanks :D

I never really thought about this. I would suggest gathering pictures and making your own. I'm guessing if you googled SW Screensavers you might find some. Windows Movie Maker is a good program that is easy to use with adding pictures and transitions.

You could do what I did - download a whole bunch of SW wallpapers, then put them together in a folder and use the "My Pictures Slideshow". Works pretty well.

I also have my desktop set to rotate between such images as wallpaper, but thats probably overkill.

Yeah, I'd recommend creating your own slideshow, whether based off ones from searching around, or just whatever images you'd be looking for. The official site does have these, but they don't seem to be of the sort you're looking for.

A while back, about 2 years ago or so, I used to have a KOTOR screensaver, taken from http://hawk.kotorfanmedia.com/

I just created my own slideshow out of those SimonZ pics I linked you to, and it turned out awesome. I did download a screensaver once, but it messed up my computer and I got rid of it. [face_worried]

That stinks, QGR... I have just found 2 SW screensavers that are decent. I like them, installed them, and now SW is all over my computer.

    Sure! Here's the first one:

    http://www.3d-screensaver-downloads.com/free-star-wars-screensaver.php

    And the 2nd one:

    http://www.space-screensavers.com/star-wars-galaxy.html

They have a clock on the bottom right hand corner, but it really isn't that noticeable (to me). Hope you like them! But I will also be doing the custom screensaver thing as well on Windows Movie Maker!

Speaking of Windows Movie Maker, last night I made a little Star Wars slideshow video and put it on YouTube. For my next vid, I am going to do a clone division/rank/history video. But, here is the one I made last night. Hope ya like :D

Thanks for the compliment! Didn't put that much effort into it though. It was late, and I kind of wanted to go to bed, haha.

And no problem with the links!

What you could do is just go to your "My Pictures" folder, JediNerd, and just delete photos in there that aren't Star Wars and fill it up with Star Wars photos. You can then right click your desktop, go to Properties, click on Screensaver, and choose My Pictures Slideshow. You can adjust the time the pictures rotate and such, too. This is what I did.

Rather than deleting images, just move the SW images to a different folder and use that. Using this was mentioned above :)

No idea about WMM, though, since I've never used it :(

Thanks ObiWanJedi93 and Rogue Jedi! I actually already had a Star Wars folder in my computer...heh. :p I think I have over 50 pictures in there, so it will probably take a while for my new screensaver to repeat!

Is there a way to add music to the screensaver? I know screensavers sometimes have audio...

The second screensaver is loaded with spyware.

    Download at your own risk.

Yeah, I chucked those screensavers and just made my own. And it is way better than those. I think StarWars.com should put wallpapers and screensavers on their website.

Did you try Joblo.com? I think they have screensavers as well as wallpapers.

But you're right Starwars.com should have them!

I used to have a 3D R2-D2 one that would show pictures from his his hologram lamp, but it was taken off the web at the request of Lucasfilm :(

There are some on SW.com, I think they are extras if you have the DVDs or CDs
