Strongest Jedi...

There is a lot of talk of Anakin being the strongest Jedi ever because of his high midi-chlorian count. But Yoda has a lower one than he. Where does Anakin actually show any sort of strength? He's utterly misled by his "friend", and cannot rein in his emotions. Anakin is a feeble wuss of a Jedi. He has a connection with the Force unparelled, but he doesn't understand it.

Obi-Wan and Yoda are by far the wisest Jedi, biding their time, knowing they must train Luke because they can't fight anymore. Obi-Wan is the best duelist in the Prequels, defeating two Sith, and surviving all the battles.

But in my opinion, Qui-Gon is actually the strongest Jedi. He is a maverick Jedi, who doesn't always uphold the Jedi Code. He may have ultimately unearthed Darth Vader, but ultimately it was his foresight which brought an end to the Sith. He found a way of breaking back in the Force, of the spirits lasting. He therefore, is responsible for Kenobi being able to instruct Luke.

Mace Windu, he's the only one who came close to beating Palpy. Yeah, you might say Anakin/Vader killed him but he caught him off guard. In a duel or a fight, the only one who could beat him was Mace.

Really, Mace did beat Palpatine but I do not like Mace's personallity, so I still think Obi is the best.

Anakin in my opinion is the best of the Jedi before the suit.

I dont know, it looked to me like yoda lost to Palps where as Mace beat the crap out of him. Mace isnt my favorite but I think he is the most powerful

I'm glad we finally got to see why Mace was considered to be a great swordsman.

 

Anakin could have been the strongest Jedi if he had not turn to the Dark Side.

But in my opinion Luke Skywalker is the most powerful, and the second is Yoda.

 

Yoda is nearly 900 years old. He has experience on his side

 

Mace and Yoda are both stronger than Sidious


It'd be hard to decide if Yoda or Mace is better, they are suppossedly equals

 

i wouldnt go as far as to say that yoda just flat out lost to sidious they were evenly matched...remember how yoda fell like 80ft while palpy his fell back to his seat

 

see it would be freain awesome if mace was the best...but he isnt...im pretty sure its a fact..he may be the best SWORDSMAN in swar wars..but hes not the most powerful jedi...yoda is more powerful overall..i think the reason that palpatine lost to windu was cuz he really didnt use his force...and the only reason yoda lost to palpy was cuz of luck...at the end palpy had sumting to hold onto and yoda didnt...

Mace Windu rocks and hes very good - but he is not the greatest Jedi ever because of the one who acted the role.
Thats really a bad way of judging a character. By its actor.

Palpatine was going easier on Mace Windu for the simple reason he could make it seem he was helpless and Anakin would side with him.

If there was an old man lying there and Mace Windu going to kill a prisoner without weapons which is going against the Jedi Code it looks like Palpy is in the right.
So Palpy, knowing Anakin, plans it out.

Thats why he kills Agen Kolar, Saesee and Kit Fisto so quickly. They would stop Anakin from saving Palpy from Mace Windu. He killed those Jedi off and had Anakin turn to the dark side in desperation.


Thus Mace cant beat Palpy.
Yoda is better than Mace, after all, he fell off a great height and he knew Clonetroopers were coming so he had to leave.

Obi-Wan is good but hey, not number 1. Grievous nearly killed him, it took shooting him with a gun when Grievous least expected it.
Same with Maul. A trick.



Conclusion:

Luke and Yoda make the top, then Anakin and Mace and then Obi-Wan.

Thats how I see it.
