Strongest Sith to Weakest

I've often pondered who is the strongest sith and so on... and I've put research into my work... yes there have been similar threads... but this is THE interpretation I believe in. Tell me if you disagree you will add to my study:

Starting With Strongest In Saber Combat:
1. Count Dooku (he defeated Anakin and Obi-Wan with ease. Oni-Wan beat Darth Maul, showing Dooku is better than Maul)

2. Desann (Jedi Outcast)
He is a superb character. Nearly unbeatable if I may say so. Well, proof hes excellent. He can TRASH Luke. Luke beat Vader. Shows Desann is better than both. Still... Dooku shows more skill and promise.

3. Darth Sidious (I think.)
I can't say much about Sidious... our good Emperor Palpatine. Yes a Sith Lord. But mighty in the force. Only in Episode III can we judge his true saber skills so Im making a rough estimate here... dont be harsh. If you want forget number 3 and move on to 4...

4. Darth Maul or Darth Vader
The problem is, Maul has a Two-Handed Saber and is really fast. Darth Vader the feared sith lord, Anakin into what we behold in the classic films.
Still, in the end judging by the savagery and skill demonstrated in duels, Maul seems ahead. Yet here comes the interesting part. Obi-Wan beat Maul. Vader beat Obi-Wan. But Obi-Wan was old when Vader beat. Makes it hard to decide. I am not certain but could come to the conclusion Vader is better. Well see in Episode III how much potential he really has (as darth vader)

5. Tavion (Jedi Outcast)
Nothing more than a simple opponent. She is Desann's apprentice. Reasonably strong but nothing extreme. Still, not to be underestimated.

Force:
1. Darth Sidious
Force Lightning, proves his might. Besides, he a sith lord mighty in the force.

2. Desann
He has the same force skills as Sidious but hes not the emperor of the empire and neither can he evade the Jedi with such ease. I mean, Palpatine was under the Jedi's noses. Desann doesnt show Sidious' 'talents' or powers with such superiority.

3. Count Dooku
Two words- Force Lightning. Can Vader or Maul do that. Dont think so.

4. Darth Vader
He can chocke people. Thats about it besides force jumpin which everyone has.

5. Tavion
She's picked up a lot of force powers but doesnt know when to use them... a true learning sith apprentice

6. Darth Maul
No chocking
No lightning
Thats it!

Your list is a bit lacking in the area of the EU characters... Here's my list.

Lightsaber -

We have a tie for first.

Dear Old Uncle Palps - HE trained Maul, Vader, and Mara Jade. He MUST have been good since none of them ever challanged him for the seat of Dark Lord.

Exar Kun - What can i say? this is the man who created the Double lightsaber, and killed hundreds of Jedi with it. Including his Formr jedi master.

For second, we have Vader. If you read the comics/books, you'll see that the movies didn't do him any justice. Vader is hands down one of the best lightsaber fighters ever. He also killed many Jedi during the purge.

Third goes to Count Dooku, our dear fencer for a Sith.

Fourth goes to Ulic Qel-Droma, who was nearly even with his master Exar Kun, but could still be bested by him.

fifth we have Darth Maul, who was a cheap rip off of Exar kun.

and i don't have enough time to go through all of the sith as there are many of them.

Force -

We have i tie for first with Naga Sadow, and Dear Old Uncle Palps

Naga Sadow blew up a star with the power of the dark side.

Palps had the most raw force energy out of almost all of the sith, his force lightning was a force ot be reckoned with.

Second we get Exar Kun, who sustained his spirit for over 4,000 years in a temple on Yaven IV

For Third place we get Darth Vader, who had the highest medi-clorian(sp?) count ever.

Fourth is Darth Bane, who survived the Thought bomb detonated by more then a dozen Sith. That same bomb killed almost all all of the jedi on the planet, Bane was the only sith that made it out alive.

Fifth is Ulic Qel-Droma, who was the Apprentice of Exar Kun during the Sith War

Again, there are way too many sith to name all of them in one post.

I agree with a lot of Fallen_Jedi's list, although now that I think about it, Ulic has no place being below Bandon and [/b]Sadow[/b]...He went toe to toe with Kun

Well to be honest, Desann couldnt beat the vast majority of the Sith on the list...He's powerful, but is he even a true Sith or just a Dark Jedi....Its been awhile since I've played JO II

 

Desann is not the mightiest true... but he has all the Force abilities and not even Darth Maul or Darth Vader have force lightning. His saber skills seemed decent enough though... but you can't be 100% sure with him since he's not in the films.

Still, he's powerful, and Tavion although the weakest fencer, is alright too. Yes they're not sith, but can fight like them.

 

Just because Maul has never done it doesnt mean he cant. Vader doesnt do it because of his metal suit, it would kill him. And Force Lightning is not too efective against someone with a lightsabre...Look at AOTC...


I know they are good fighters, but matched up with the greatest Sith of all-time like Revan and Sidious, they do not stand a ghost of a chance... Desann could handle someone say, like Darth Bandon or maybe Naga Sadow. Both for different reasons

 

Desann doesn't even make my top ten darksiders.

I agree with a lot of Fallen_Jedi's list, although now that I think about it, Ulic has no place being below Bandon and Sadow...He went toe to toe with Kun

I wasn't putting them in order of strength, I was just listing them so people knew who to choose from.

From what I'm hearing about the new Sith Lords that are in KOTOR 2 I think they might help make darkside teams better. They will also alter my list.

Here are my most powerful overall sith. Some of you may disagree with me, but then i'm sure none of you know as much about the sith and sith history as me.

1) Marka Ragnos - He ruled all of the Sith on Korriban for over 100 years, and no one dared to challange him for the seat of Dark Lord like he did with the former Dark Lord, Simus. Not even Naga Sadow or Ludo Kressh(the two hoping to become the next Dark Lord) dared to challange his power, and this was in Ragnos' old age.

2) Exar Kun - He was chosen to be Dark Lord of the Sith by the ghost of Marka Ragnos. In his time as Dark Lord, Kun killed hundreds of jedi, including his former jedi master.(who was one of the best lightsaber fighters in that time) Then he sustained his spirit for over 4,000 years. He awoke to bring Havoc on Luke Skywalker's new jedi order.

3) Darth Sidious/Emperor Palpatine
3 1/2) Darth Revan(I don't really like ot add video game characters, but everyone seems to think he is all powerful, which is very very far from the truth)

4) Darth Vader
5) Naga Sadow
6) Ludo Kressh
7) Freedon Nadd

If you guys really want to see who the best Sith is, check out the Jedi Draft when it starts up. The best Sith would be taken before weak Sith, so that should solidify the list...


Example: Sidious and Kun are first rounders, while Ragnos is about 4th

I think you mean Komari Vosa, Dooku's old padawan was killed by Fett...She also uses dual red sabres, but she is just a Dark Jedi
