SW couples (in particular those in X-Wing series)

I was just wondering if any of the Rogue Squadron or Wraith Squadron couples got married.

I already know that Nawara Ven and Rhysati Ynr got together but what about the other pilots.

Isn't Plourr married? I know Tycho's married to Winter. I'm guessing that Tyria and Kell didn't end up married, and I've still got my fingers crossed with regards to Myn and Lara...I wish Isard's Revenge had resolved the issue.

Wedge and Tycho are also married. Wedge to Illea(spelling please) Tycho to Winter. If you look at Union you'll notice Gavin and Tycho talking about Hobbie and Janson acting the same way when they got married as they are acting about Luke and Mara's upcoming marriage.

I know it's not quite on-topic, but what happened to Gavin's Bothan girlfriend? Anybody know?

 

Asyr is presumed dead but actually went into hiding. Her story was supposed to be wrapped up in the cut book of the Dark Tide trilogy.

 

hmmm... then she's still a wild card and can come back to kick some butt... but that's unlikely in a book that isn't by Mike Stackpole.

 

IMO Asyr was the instructor that Admiral Traest Kre?fey referred to in Onslaught. I think that Traest and Asyr could be an item. Also, at the end of Onslaught, Admiral Kre?fey said something in Bothan to Borsk Fey?lya. I have been very curious about that conversation.
Actually, I?m interested in finding out about all of the Rogues and Wraiths. Perhaps in the new books by Allison will bring us up to date.

 

Actually, since she never popped up again, she might actually be dead now. She could have died during the Battle of Bothuwii(spelling please) in VotF.

 

I bet Asyr's off on some magical Bothan colony world working to better Bothan Society.

And what about...*dramatic trumpet music*...uh...drawing a blank here. Can't think of anyone that hasn't been said already.

 

Face and Dia. Come on, if Nawara and Rhyn(spelling please) can get married, surely the same goes for this human/Twi'lek couple. Kell and what's her name, Tyra(spelling please) I think. Piggy and Shala. They did seem at one point to be suggested as a possible couple, though that might have been mere suggestion. Still, that would make for an intresting couple.

 

I know about how Winter is married to Tycho but if you read the last few lines of her bio in the guide to characters book it makes it seem like Winter and Admiral Ackbar had "something" going on between them.

 

They were friends. That's all. They were both lonely and became friends.

At least, I really, really hope so.

 

Look at when the Essential Guide to Characters, the original one, came out. Tycho didn't exsist at that time, even in comic form.
