Overall, I think that they put together an overall great voice cast for TCW. I don't have a personal favorite since a majority of them does a really good job voicing their characters.
Sam Witwer, voice of the Son of Mortis and Darth Maul. Also Starkiller and Palpatine in TFU. Everything about that dude is awesome.
Dee Bradley Baker, because he voices all of the clones. think of the insane amount of time he spent recording that.
They always got some great talent for a single episode or two. Michael York, David Tennant, and George Takei all made their characters way better than they already were.
Hondo was the best character in the whole series because of Jim. Really wish he had a little rodent that he carried with him.
