She was last seen in TEMPEST, taken prisoner but spared by Jacen Solo, when she tried to assassinate his daughter Allana on board the Anakin Solo.

Aurra Sing killed Darth Krayt's father, Sharad Hett, on Tattooine all those years ago...

When Krayt was urging Cade to kill Nihl in CLAWS OF THE DRAGON, he seemed very genuine and emotional, urging him to take vengeance on the man that killed his father, which seemed to remind Krayt of his own beginnings.

Will Darth Krayt ever have his revenge on Aurra Sing? What will be her ultimate fate?

Maybe they're waiting another six years to bring her back out of obscurity for yet another role that any character could have played.

I would really like Hett/Krayt/whatever to get his revenge. That would be an excellent plot (or subplot, at least) for a comic or novel. It would have to take place pretty soon after LotF, though, because Krayt's just getting way overpowered later - that's not a complaint, just it wouldn't be exciting to see a Sith with Palpatine-level abilities dueling Sing. But an early Legacy era story, maybe set in the same time-period as Fate of the Jedi? That would be awesome.

I was waiting for Sing to appear in Legacy along with all the other PT folks, back when Krayt was alive. The more the merrier. They could have reenacted the entire CW Republic arc if they had wanted to.

But that's besides the point. For a man who talks about getting revenge all the time, Krayt was pretty lousy at it.

I'm still almost expecting her to show up sooner or later in Legacy, since they already have several Republic comic characters in there. Sure, have her show up and be the exact same character she was 150 years before- laugh evilly, go "stupid, mean Jedi!" and kill some redshirt Jedi and almost always get off free with no consequences for her. Its so nice to see the villains pay for their crimes... oh wait, they don't, especially in her case. Decades after most of the other prequel era characters are dead, with many of them dying horrible deaths (during Order 66 or otherwise), she showed up in LotF and was the same annoying, evil character. It would've been perfect for Jacen to kill her, to establish that he was powerful, or at least to do something impressive, that he could kill someone other than a redshirt Jedi that had a crush on him, or Fett's daughter while she was locked up, but no, she just ends up in prison. Again. And she'll break out of prison sooner or later too. Its having characters like her show up decades after her time period, with no improvement (heck, at least Ventress gave up before she got her vacation) that depresses me about the EU these days.

Although seriously, I'm almost afraid she will show up in Legacy, considering K'kruhk and Hett. Though Hett's dead, but it'd be great if we could get a flashback comic where we see Krayt hunt her down and kill her. But meh, they'll probably never kill her so they can keep recycling her as a random sub-boss villain.

I know it probably won't be official, but when I read in a later LotF book about some prisoners of the GAG "disappearing" in custody, I automatically assumed that Aurra was one of them. I mean, she did come close to assassinating the leader's daughter...

On one hand, I'm still in favour of Ventress as the raspy voiced woman; one the other hand, would Hett have welcomed her or not?

That said, admittedly it's more likely this:
    [image=http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/starwars/images/thumb/8/88/Cliegg.jpg/250px-Cliegg.jpg]
"Your Ventress's dead, son. Accept it. Ahsoka killed her."

I really wouldn't be surprised if later in the series Ventress becomes to Ahsoka what Dooku is to Anakin, i.e. personal Sith fodder.

    I'm Ok with that, seriously.
    Tano doesn't really exist, anyways.
From a certain POV, of course.

I think she probably got an off-screen /farewell after her encounter with Darth Caedus. He brutalized her badly. :(

I doubt we will see any more Aurra Sing again

I would definitely pay GOOD HARD EARN MONEY..to see Darth Krayt mop the floor & PWN the sithspit outta Aurra Sing!!! it would be perfect poetic justice..now that he fell to the darkside..he would have no problems taking outta her without feeling any guilt!!

If i was Sith Lord..that would be number 1 on my list!!

    1) Avenge my father's death.

    2) Take over the world (Pinky & the Brain) :-D

interesting thread Darth Ghost!! not to shabby...you get 3.5/5 golden lightsabers for this!!

I was soo disappointed in Sing's appearance in Tempest and Coruscant Nights. And TCW for that matter. She was one of my first comic EU favorites. I love Outlander and most of her other stuff immensely. At least I remember loving them. So basically I'd love her to be resurrected back into the competent Jedi killer she was. I don't care if Krayt's after her or what. I just want her using the blade again as well as she did in the early Republic stuff.

I don't suppose showing Krayt killing her really serves any useful purpose though. As he's long dead.

One thing I'm wondering is if the Sennex pirates (who kidnapped Aurra as a padawan, trained her as one of them, and later lost her to the Hutts) are from Sennex in the Hapes Consortium - that would make some sense of her involvement with the Hapans in Tempest...

I'm thinking this meant "unless Darth Krayt got picked up by the Vong before he had the chance to hunt down Sing.

Actually, that could become a nice standalone story for Ben after FOTJ.

Aurra Sing escapes from prisson, Ben investigates. Finds out some dark side force user was involved. Ben thinks Lost Tribe and meets with Vestara again (if they are not already "permanently involved" end of FOTJ). They investigate together, in parallel, Kray executes his revenge. ben and Vestara finally finding Aurra Sing slain with lightsaber wounds. And a kyptic hint for Tattoine ...
