Is it just me or are the special combos in this game incredibly hard to pull of? Especially the One, which is an incredibly long combo. How do you pull off the the grab move, where you slam two guys to the ground at the same time, while simultaneously beating them against another guy?

That was a link up attack, never mind. But, just take a look at this link http://guides.gamepressure.com/thematrixpathofneo/guide.asp?ID=427 and look at the top right picture on the page. Everyone remember that move from the movie? Anyone know how to pull it off? I have PS2, by the way. It's not a link up attack, I tried that. Any ideas? [face_praying]

I stopped playing before I got there.

I got stuck in the library full of agents, and that factory level. Both very annoying, even with Neo's powers. :(

Doing multiple combos in games never pays off. It's hard in Tomb Raider, too. I never finished Path of Neo because of the billion training levels you have to go through,

Some of those training levels were awesome.

Yeah overall, despite some of the targeting problems, i thought this game was done pretty well. I think i might go out and buy it now... i rented it for teh xbox before and got pretty far but never beat it. Are the controls easier on the PC?

Unfortunately I couldn't find a move list. So there's probably still tons of combos outstanding. The one I want to learn the most as I have already said is in the top right on the page I posted the link for. You will probably remember it from the movie. I think there are some prerequisits for it other than only being able to it with a staff. However I have no idea what they might be.[face_frustrated]

To do the pole spin from the burly brawl Neo has to be holding a staff weapon (that includes the lead pipes from Burly Brawl and the Flag Poles from a later level) and you need to have purchased Killing Blow Level 2 I think. I may be wrong on the level number, but I think you can buy it right before the Burly Brawl Stage. Anyway when you're surrounded and you have a staff equipped just hold down focus and the attack button to charge up to the maximum. Release and watch the Smiths start to fly.

It didn't work, with Killing Blow level 2. Check and see, do you have Killing Blow Level 3? I was under the impression you can't get Killing Blow level 3 at this point in the game. [face_frustrated]

I'm pretty sure that I have done it before but I cannot remember how I did it or what moves I had purchased at that point. I know that you need the pole but other than that I can't help you apart from saying I believe that it is possible.

Alright, I just popped the game in to see the requirements and you're right. You need the level 3 upgrade for Killing blow. Although as far as I know you can get it by the burly brawl stage and if you can't you can always use level select after finishing the game.

i don't know where to find combos since i aint played it since feb, but when you get to power up you can view the combo and learn the combo. The game is easy, but is too enjoyable, best mission i think it against merv's guys and lady

Game was definitely fun, but it gets a little.......strange.

I still don't quite get those giant ant-things.

I made it up to the point where you were trying to fight that one chick and save the other.

I just got bored of that battle. I had the faculties to beat it, i just didn't have the patience for it, ya know?

If you can't get level 3 by the time to get to Burly Brawl, level select isn't going to help much, since you went back to a time before you can get it. However, how do you explain the screenshot?

I don't quite know how to help you, because I had killing blow lvl 3 purchased by the Burly Brawl stage. Not to mention that it's one of the moves I already have purchased by the Burly Brawl in Level Select.

So i got this yesterday for my pc.... and the graphics are messed up at times. In teh sword training level with teh samurai, its really bright, but when the cutscenes come, the color is normal. The angles on characters limbs are crazy distorted at times as well, when im fighting morpheus, sometimes I go completely black, just a black human, no color at all, and sometimes he goes completely black... Its crazy.

Still, the game is fun. I don't like guns in this game, I have autoaim off so maybe ill try it on and see if its any better.

Don't worry, I figured it out, but I have another question and this thread seems to be the closest thing to appropriate, so I'll ask it here. Where does Enter the Matrix take place in the series, I thought it was in between Reloaded and Revolutions but there's no time in between? Does anyone know?

But it has a good deal of original footage that makes it worth $10 bucks if you are a Matrix fan.

Unlike Path of Neo which appears to be merely a playable version of the movies.
