Ok, this sucks. They took down all of the products because of our 'unauthorized' use of the Star Wars logo. Funny how San Diego uses the same shop with no problems...

Anyway, it'll be awhile before it gets back up.

Well thats messed up, I thought we could use those things as the San Diego suggested it. However, they may have also gotten permission somehow before hand...

 

If it was direct artwork from LFL you were in violation of the TOS of Cafepress.

If you do your own custom artwork and club logo you will probably be ok.

 

Oh, so if we were to hand draw one, then were okay?

I see, that would explain for the SDSWS's ability to use that logo .

 

No, it was my custom work. They didn't like it because it used the words 'Star Wars' in it.

 

San Diego has that written within their items for sale.
