this thread is for everyone who has watched
jay and silent Bobs (Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith) career spanning from Chasing Amy, Clerks, Mallrats, Dogma and their most resent and very funny release jay and silent Bob strike back the word is that jay and silent Bob strike back is the final adventure of the halarious pair and I think that is very depressing they are my favirot on screen duo and I expected a very long career for them and with any luck someone may talk Kevin Smith into continuing the jay and silent bob adventures I would personaly think a return of jay and silent Bob would be funny.
Here you can chat about jay and silent bob and even do some of their quots but keep it clean I know how foul mouthed Jay can be and silent Bob... well silent Bob realy dosen't say that much so have fun fellow Jay and silent Bob fans and don't let Jay and silent Bob die [face_laugh]

Are we allowed to use punctuation when doing so?
I love Jay and Silent Bob. I have every Kevin Smith movie on DVD and I used to have a bit of a crush on Jason Mewes. Did you know you can see his balls on the Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back DVD?

I love View Askew flicks. Kevin Smith is possibly my favorite film writer ever.

    Best Silent Bob moment:
"The SIGN in the BACK OF THE CAR said "CRITTERS of HOLLYWOOD", you DUMB ----!!!!!!!!"

Rick McCallum and Scott Mosier love you!

Why would I want to see his balls?? This aint' "Chasing Amy"! No, I'm not homophobic. If other guy's want to watch the DVD and freeze-frame the dude's sack, it's fine with me. To each his own, I always say. Not that there's anything wrong with that! ;)

Just wondering...Does Shannon Elizabeth have any "special deleted" scenes on the Jay & Silent Bob DVD? :D

I don't think there are any, it's been a while since I saw the DVD. But there is a longer version of when the girls where all together just after the robbery and they're all in their underwear. :)

Um....actually the ball shot is an Easter Egg. You don't just happen to see it in the middle of a shot. You have to know how to get to it. Way to be insecure, ferelwookie. [face_plain]
There's a deleted scene where Kevin Smith's wife and Ali Larter run to a convenience store bathroom to get it on too.

It was funny how Kevin Smith did that mock scene with Ben Affleck and Matt Daemon from Goodwill Hunting using the exact same actors and Randy's conversation about the Death Star from Clerks was good to.

I have all of them on DVD and they are well worth it. Someone told me Smith is working on another one...

"Way to be insecure"?? You'll notice that my post was intended to be rather sarcastic, with the "not that there's anything wrong with that" Seinfeld reference. I know sarcasim and the web are like a fish and a bicycle, but...

I assure you, I'm not a hate-monger or insecure with other social types. Unlike Jay, I'm not afraid of my sexuality...whatever that might be! ;)

Yes, it's sad that J&SBSB is the last live action Jay and Silent Bob movie, but we can look forward to more of them in View Askew Comics and the animated Clerks movie that's supposedly in production. Also, we can look forward to more of Kevin's awesome writing in Jersey Girl and Fletch Won.

P.S. For anyone that wants to keep up on Kevin Smith news go to www.newsaskew.com

For whoever has the DVD was Adam Carolla really supposed to be in the movie, If so there would be a deleted scene of Kevin Smith just talking about Adam Carolla.

But I loved Jay and Silent Bob, I'm glad Kevin Smith decided to make the movie. I love the beginning part of the movie when Jay and Bob are in front of the store "rappin'" it's pretty funny.

Kevin Smith is making a new film called "Jersey Girl," scheduled for release in 2003, and our favorite duo may be in that film too. It features old favorites like George Carlin and Ben Affleck.

dude, nobody that watched that movie understood it. Nobody at all.

Yeah, trying to post an Arena column here would be like trying to show one of his flicks on TV. We could do it, but it would be horrible.
