The SWC3 Website/account...I'm freaking out here...

Firstly let me just say that I have never seen a more confusing, mistake-waiting-to-happen system in my life. I was calling it some other things earlier that weren't so TOS friendly.

I never got my confirmation e-mail for my Celebration at Celebration tickets. So, no problem I figure, I can just go log into my account on the site, and print it from there. But NO! After they close the online purchases, you lose access to your account. I can't get in and see my purchase history even!

Is there ANY way I get get logged back in and view my C3 ticket purchases?

Do I have to have e-mail confirmation in order to pick up the C@C ticket?

If this is redundant or should go somewhere else, lock away, but please, please answer my question first, or PM me or whatever.

No problems as far as I could tell.

 

So far all of my contacts with Gen Con have been worse than anything that I experienced with Fantastic Media OR WotC in relation the past Celebrations. I am starting to panic big time about my badges/Fan Club lanyards that I now need to pick up at Will Call. I emailed them to voice my concerns about the fact that a LOT of non-Fan Club members were getting the benefits that I shelled out $120 for myself and my sibs to experience. The email that I got back stated, "This only happened for a couple of people..." (a lie) and "Don't bother contacting the Fan Club as they don't know about it. Only we do.". Wow... now THAT is customer service.

Here's to hoping that things straighten themselves out before the Celebration starts.

This weekend will really fly by.

 

Everything worked great for me. All I do is log in my name and password, and I can see my account at Gencon. There was something you could click to have Gencon email what you ordered to you, so you can print it out.

Got my badges and everything last week! One more week!

 

Yeah,w e;re leaving Wednesday too. Kinda mind blowing. I keep going back and forth between feeling like it's never going to come, and feeling like I don't have enough time to prepare. Right now I'm erring on the side of it never coming however, since I'm more than half packed now, and got 4 days to go eeeek.
