I Think that we sould see some brand new looking x-wings in EpIII. I would like to see Anakin be the best star pilot in the galaxy flying an x-wing. During the clone war battles i think that clones could also fly the x-wings along side anakin. Its just a thought, that clones can pilot x-wings made by the republic.

It is too early for X-Wings, but perhaps we will see some Z-95s.

I was thinking early TIEs, but you never know, something like an X-Wing might show up.

I'd rather see Anakin flying DV's TIE Fighter. [face_devil]

I'd like to Y-wing with all of their armor still attached, unlike the junkpiles you see in the OT. I really like the Y-wing, I want to see it when it's brand new.

    I agree with Griffon
I would also like to see Y-wings looking all shiny and new with cladding etc. I think it is asking to much to have a Full production Tie Fighter or X-wing but as stated the Z-95 headhunter and maybe some proto Ties.
Please no Naboo fighters ( at least not in any great quantity)

They'll be the Jedi Starfighter, most likely. It would make sense too. The audience would be too confused switching ships around (N-1s to Jedi Starfighters to something else).

I'm hoping for early TIE's. X-Wings are supposed to be somewhat 'new' when ANH rolls around.

    Y-Wings would be intresting though....

Dooku's fighters look like 'side-ways' TIEs. At least, that's what I thought when I first saw AOTC.

Maul's ship basically was a Tie Fighter.

We should at least see more of a proto x wing. Maybe a clonetrooper vehicle or something.

It's from the EU. It looks kinda like a 'single-wing' X-Wing.

Somebody correct me if I'm mistaken, I'm tryin' to think back to my 'Tie Fighter' days on the PC. I was an 'Ace', ya know! ;)

Yah, it is essentially an X-Wing but with only 2 wings (not SINGLE! :p), as opposed to the X-Wing's 4. :)

    It's totally EU. :p

I don't think we should see any rebel fighters because the republic would be building ships more similar to Tie fighters since the republic becomes the empire. Rebel ships have no place because they are made by the rebels who will still be with the Republic in Ep. III.

Yes I agree with NiktosRule as I think a prototype Tie would me more appropriate than an xwing or even a ywing. Then again... I wouldn't be opposed to another cameo by everyone's favorite Corellian Freighter ;)

There already is one in AOTC. I've seen it the last two times I saw AOTC. :)

Well the rebels have to get the x-wings from some were, maybe humans and aliens will fly x-wings and the clones would fly the ties during the Clone War.

    Sithman,

I know, but two Corellian freighters in the entire PT so far is not enough... maybe we will see a fleet of them in Episode 3? ;)

well, if ayala secura (sp?) can be totally EU and in the movie, then I think Z-95s could definitely find there way into EP3. it's basically a proto X-wing. the Y-wing idea would be wonderful. who knows what we'll see. a whole lotta fightin for sure!

"I know, but two Corellian freighters in the entire PT so far is not enough..."

Well, technically, there's only ONE in the OT... ;)

"Well, technically, there's only ONE in the OT..."

Well, it was Han Solo's Ship so it was worth... what? 10 Corellian freighters? ;)

But back to the X-wing deal. According to the EU, Incom which makes the Xwing fighter was originally producing the Xwings for the Empire until it switched sides right before Yavin. I doubt Lucas come up with that stuff, but if it has any relevance in the next film you might see a prototype Xwing.

I have seen AOTC 4 times and I still can't see the Corellian Corvettes. I know they are supposed to appear when Amidala and Anakin's transport lands on Naboo but I just can't see them.

They are not Corellian Corvettes, they are freighters. They are on the far left as the ship lands on Naboo.

Well Z95's are EU yes? So that chance has been lowered dramatically..Don't lose hope, the Y-wings are the oldest of the rebel ships, im guessing we'll see those.
