    Okay, question!!!

When you have Thrawn or some other Chiss in your movie, how would you (or do you) do the red glowing eyes? Rotoscoping? Or some kind of contact-lenses?

I've actually asked this once myself. The answers I got tended to lean towards rotoscoping. Haven't tried it yet though. Maybe somebody who knows for sure will check in and answer it for you. :)

I guess rotoscoping is probably the best option, yeah. One other thing though, the same problem as rotoscoping lightsabers, the bouncing. Wouldn't do any good if the eyes bounce around too much. Any idea how to solve that?

    Do it really well... :)

Seriously, tho, rotoscoping is your best way to go... they even had to do it that way in Dune (both versions, IIRC) for the Fremen eyes...

Had forgotten about Dune, but yeah, in my opinion they did a really cool job with the eyes. I say go with the rotoscoping.
