Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn is just Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher for morons

Bill O'Reilly makes me want to fork myself in the eyeball.

 

Tough Crowd is pretty funny but I did Politically Incorrect better.

 

At least one can look at Colin Quinn for prolonged periods of time and not be prone to maiming themself as many did after looking at Bill Mahr.

Bill Maher is such a bitter, bitter person. I honestly cannot stand that man.

And Tough Crowd is just not funny. I like how they joke about not being funny, and even that's not funny.

 

^I saw Tough Crowd once, it was bad. Third rate comics talking about political stuff - yawn.

 

Colin Quinn is completely unfunny (well same with Bill Maher). Colin Quinn was the worst weekend update anchor EVER. He has no idea how to deliver a joke. He was soooooo awful. Bring back Norm!!

 

When I first read this title I thought it said "... for mormons."

 

I enjoy Tough Crowd occasionally, but Real Time With Bill Maher is infintely better.

Well, I guess I'm a moron because I love Tough Crowd. It's one of the only shows I consistantly watch.

I guess I am, too, although Ill be the first to admit that Quinn pretty much sucks, but he does have his moments. I watch it for all of the other comics, notably Jim Norton, Rich Vos, Nick DiPaolo and Greg Giraldo.


New eps. start tonight, BTW.

 

Never saw it, but Bill Mahr was bad enough.

 

I like the show, but almost every night it turns into the token black guy vs. the token Italian guy for 5 minutes arguing about racism in one form or another.

Other than that, Al Franken is on there tonight, and that should be great.

 

I can't wait for the new episodes. And some of his guests are great. Denis Leary and George Carlin specificaly. I can't wait for 11:30

man, i was just searching around to see if there was a thread for this and found this one. politically incorrect for morons? please. i watch (well watched seeing as how PI hasn't been on for quite some time) both shows, find both shows funny..but tough crowd is my favorite. the distinction between both their current shows (real time on HBO) is that tough crowd is, obviously, not supposed to be entirely serious seeing as how the guests are comedians. i think i'd list it as my favorite show on right now.

 

i think Colin Quinn is an idiot, and most of the comics aren't funny. like Jim Norton. i think the show can be funny at times, but it's not my favorite. adult swim is much better.

 

Sometimes I'll watch it if a comedian I like is on... but that's rare.

I agree that Colin was the worst Weekend Update anchor. I'm sure he's a nice guy and all, but he couldn't say a line without sounding like a 3rd grader trying to read A Tale of Two Cities.

 

I wonder how Colin Quinn has a career.

err, well..adult swim is not political comedy type stuff, so i'm not really finding any sense in the comparison there.

 

I don't like Tough Crowd. Didn't like Politically Incorrect either.

 

Tough Crowd is good when they have the right guests on. I dislike the show when they have those certain guests who just yell at each other all episode. You can't even understand what they're saying. As for Colin Quinn, I think he has some good jokes, but his delivery has yet to be perfected. Much of his humor is based on a speedy delivery which he simply isn't good at.

I never saw Politically Incorrect when it was on air, but I watch every new episode of Real Time With Bill Maher religiously.
