Let's say Vader gets a suit with all the speed, strength, agility, etc. enhancements of a Grievous suit and maintains his current canon level of force strength. Does anybody in canon beat him in a 1v1 save for Sidious? Can he beat Sidious?

If his suit provided him with more agility and speed Vader would be definitely stronger, but Vader wouldn't reach his full force potential. Vader would probably use Force Lightning with a better suit. I don't think Vader would beat the Emperor, but would be closer to his strength.

Grievous had a suit? I thought it was a full-body replacement.

(technically doesn't that mean Grievous is in fact naked the whole time)

I mean, the whole idea behind Grievous (which the micro-series missed) is that his mechanical replacements are actually quite clunky and unwieldy compared to the simple elegance of the human form, which is what allows Kenobi to defeat him. I think there's probably a reason why Darth Vader's new mechanical form is as close to his human one as possible. Grievous was the prototype--a failed one.

There is nothing clunky or unwieldy about Grievous when he fights in RotS and TCW. Every character in the micro series had super mobility, not just Grievous, and I'd say they were all toned down the same amount in RotS and TCW. Only change was how Grievous became cowardly and was always made to lose. Kenobi killed him by using the force to open his chest and then shot him, nothing to do with how Grievous was moving or fighting.
