I'm currently just dead stuck on this. I'm giving you guys info on what a verbal-visual essay is, so that you can give me a few ideas. ;)

A verbal-visual essay expresses your personal interpretation of the central theme of a work of literature.

On the front is a visual component. Using pictures graphics, drawings and/or objects, express your interpretation of the novel. There is also a verbal component. There will be ten berbals or statements mixed intor or bordering the visual. These verbals consist of five quotations from the novel (choose five that help express your interpretation of the theme) and five comments on your own about the novel's theme.

On the back is the list of the ten verbals - 5 quotations from the novel + 5 personal quotations about the novel. Explain how the visual elements help you convey your interpretation of the novel's theme through writing a one-paragraph explanation.

Well, I'm doing this verbal-visual essay on NJO Traitor, and the theme is "betrayal". The visual portion of this is meant to be symbolic and meaningful and I am just dead stuck on this. May anyone please help me with some ideas??

Doing an in-class presentation on a SW novel is a surefire way to boost your social standing in class. [face_plain]

Well, there is no presentation on this, and since I had no time to read a book, I chose one that I had already read.

    Any ideas?
