Was Salacious Crumb staring at Jabba's tail or Leia's legs?

I haven't been able to figure this out one for as long as I can remember. I know he's looking at one of the two... at first I thought he was following Jabba's tail as it wiggled, but now it seems more as if he's staring at Leia's legs in some kind of amazement. Which is it?

 

He's looking at the tail, you're looking at the legs.

I thought this too! I confirmed it because i saw Crumb move his head while staring at the tail, as if he were tracking the movement of the tail, like a cat. I don't think he would be doing that if he were staring at Leia's legs, in fact, in that shot, her legs aren't there, if i remember.

Yes, I like that. A monkey lizard woulden't have hormones for the body of a human female...He was defenitely spiced up and quite taken by the movement of the tail.

 

One doesn't need hormones to find another species attractive.

 

But why would a monkey lizard find a human woman attractive? Do you find female monkeys exciting?

I watched that scene over and over again. I think he watching Jabba's tail rubbing against Leia's leg.

Sorry if you were offended by my post. I was making a small joke. Leia's Love Slave seems to make jokes in every post he makes (which I enjoy) but yet never gets edited out...I thought it'd be ok, since the nature of the thread is maybe a bit comedic, but oh well. I'm sorry.


Anyway, yes I still keep to my point that he is looking at the tail but still...he looks perplexed. Now it might be he's on spice, but the way he looks is kind of like its something he's never seen before. I'm sure being Jabba's mug, he's seen a lot of his tail, so maybe he IS looking at Leia's legs but not in the salvating manner, more in a...hmm, "Haven't seen a pair of those in my life".

Remember, Most of Jabba's slave girls are aliens, like Oola the Twi'lek. So maybe Mr. Crumb has never seen something so 'exotic' to him and thus is quite taken by it.

 

This is one of those things that, as a prepubescent boy watching ROTJ on the big screen, I didn't even consider. At that time, it was Crumb being distracted by something moving, like just about any dog or cat would. And that's the way I've seen it for the past twenty-something years until this thread...

I still doubt he was interested in Leia's legs at all. Even if she was the first human slave (doubtful in the first place), hers and a Twi'lek's wouldn't be that much different, save for color. If anything, perhaps he's curious just how far Jabba's planning on taking the 'tail massage'... see what you people have done to my innocent recollections of this scene?

Good to see another person on my side! Mr. Crumb was looking at his tail moving, and thats a good point of Crumb wondering about Jabba's tail moving maybe because it never moved so often, but now does because I think Jabba had a thing for Leia. He always liked that Skywalker charm...Maybe its because of her force potential?

 

Nah, Leia had other er.... abilities at that time. That's why Jabba wanted those abilities in a bikini. I mean, the Force in a bikini! Doesn't get my tail wiggling!

 

I used to think that cut was Crumb's doing. Like he got peckish in the night and started chowing down on Jabba's blubber.
