Was That Sebulba in AOTC?

We were watching Attack of the Clones the other day....

In the opening chase schene, after Obiwan jumps out the window & hangs on the droid that cuts open the window in Padme's bedroom, the droid buzzes by a speeder driven by a 'dugg'......

The 'dugg' says "Jedi poodoo", 'poodoo' being the same word Sebulba uses in a derogatory term to Annikin right before the pod race in TPM.

Since Sebulba survives the Pod Race, I wonder if that's him cursing Obiwan.

A thought....

The Dug in that scene is called Seboca. He is also seen later on in Dex's Diner.
