I just got the Bruce Wayne: Murderer? TPB, and it, Dick Grayson(the first Robin, now Nightwing) mentions that he killed the Joker. Does this have something to do with that Jokers Last Laugh story I heard of? And is Joker really dead?!

Techinally, Joker was dead for a few seconds after his fight with Grayson. But he didn't die. Try the Last Laugh story. Not bad.

Yes, technically Dick killed the Joker in Last Laugh. But as always there was an out, and Joker is still alive. I just can't remember the end of it at the moment. :(
