What are Covertec Clips, are they the round thing on the pommel end of the lightsaber that you place on your belt, or are they the things that you put on your belt then use a round knob to hang it on there?

I always got confused with that.

Covertec clips are the thing you put on your belt. Covertec knobs/wheels are the thing you put on the saber hilt that goes into the clip. TCSS sells both. The clip itself usually comes with a non-beveled plastic Covertec knob. I myself prefer the metal beveled ones.

Covertec is the name of a company that makes cases for cellphones/PDA's et cetera. As stated above the clip is the part that goes on the belt, the knob or disc is attached to the case.
