What are your 3 Favorite scenes in your least favorite Star Wars movie?


Attack of the Clones (my least favorite Star Wars movie):
* Shmi's death
* Anakin and Padme's talk/kiss for when as and when they coliseum
* Dooku's talk with captive Ob-wan
(honorable mentions: the Obi-wan/Jango conversation, the opening scene with the explosion, Palpatine taking emergency powers

 

I like this idea. Celebrating the good in the not-so-good. It's always there, if you're willing to look.

1) The moment FN-2187 refuses to fire on innocent civilians.
2) Rey's chaotic, overwhelming vision when she finds Anakin's lightsaber.
3) "That's not how the Force works!!"

Honourable Mentions: The rathtar chase, Leia's arrival on Takodana (and Threepio's interruption), and pretty much every shot of BB-8.

 

AOTC:

1. The opening approach of the Naboo Cruiser to Coruscant.
   
2. When Anakin jumps out of the speeder.
3. When the TF ship crashes, causing the sandstorm the clones attack through.

 

TPM

1 maul v obi wan and qui gon
2 qui gon v maul in the dessert
3 Boonta Eve podrace

 

That's a great looking flying wing cruiser design, I like it even more than the SR-71 looking one in TPM.

2. Padme looked especially good in the balcony scene; I really liked that dress.

3... Yeah, well, that's all I got for AotC.

1) Kylo v Rey in the Death Star wreckage.
2) "Dad...", "...I know", lightsaber throw

TFA

1. the shot of the Star Destroyer in the desert
2. That fat alien chilling with that woman

I thought I'd shake things up a bit,

 

The Last Jedi is my least favorite-for a bunch of reasons I've exaustively posted elsewhere. That said, there were some interesting sequences in that film:

1. The opening scene/escape from D'Qar
2. The battle of Crait
3. Force Ghost Yoda

 

TROS

1. Exegol and the Sith cult is wonderfully creepy and interesting. Really wish they set them up as the main antagonist faction from the start instead of The First Order (Empire 2.0)

2. The Knights of Ren getting smoked by Ben is a pretty fun sequence.

3. Seeing the burned Vader helmet again is cool imagery.


And yeah…that’s it

 

Just remembered one of the best moments in the lightsaber hand-off. I liked how they paid off the physical force connection between the two in a fun way.

But it's sad as some of them are intercut with Really bad moments reducing the good
Sooo
1. The beginning and the bombing of landing platform
2. Battle of Genosis. From Mace windu entering, the film is pretty good apart from anything to do with c3po...
3. If the light sabre duel is included in the climax of the battle I'll have Anakins speeder search for his mother..shot of the jawas in that is a thing of beauty ...if not I'll have the duels...oh and I do love Dooku and palps at the end....
A lot of the rest is unwatchable..I used to like the jango fight in the rain but the CGI really weak to modern eyes and is cut with my least favourite scene in the entire saga

I love all six of the films Lucas was mainly responsible for, but with regard to the sequels I only saw two of them. The Force Awakens was passable for the most part, but I hated The Last Jedi. I can only think of one good moment in it, and that was Luke's fight with Kylo Ren. I still hated that he essentially died from either exhaustion or a broken heart by the end, though.

 

By "least favorite", do you mean the movie I dislike the most or the movie I like the least? There's a big difference.
