What Ever Happened To A'Sharad Hett?

A'Sharad Hett is on of the most intersting characters that I ever had the privlage of reading about. After the Jedi Purge and Order 66, what happened to him? I mean I know he went to Tatoine to make a resistance with the Tuskens but I never heard him being mentioned afterwards. Does anyone else know what happened?

 

He's probably Tahari's grandfather and thus he was killed by Stormtroopers if her memory is anything to be accurate from.

 

Tahiri's grandfather was killed on a grassy planet, and he wasn't a Tusken.

According to the New Essential Chronology A'Sharad Hett survivied Order 66 and went back to live with the Tusken Raiders on Tatooine to plot his own plan of revenge. I think we may see A'Sharad Hett in the Star Wars Live Action TV Series.

I dunno. Hett DID wear a mask for the first 25 odd years of his life and when he took it off his skin was remarkably dark. (ie not tanned - it hasn't seen the sun)

Actually, given her age, he'd almost certainly be her grandfather tis true.

She'd be born even after Anakin and I doubt A'Sharad Hett lived til 8 ABE.

But I don't think genetics works the same in Star Wars anyway. No one batted an eyelash that both Bail Organa and his wife are Hispanic while their daughter (whom I thought was clearly passed off as their biological child) was Carrie Fisher.

I thought it was public knowledge that Leia was adopted. Bail and hiswife were having trouble getting a kid, so they were talking about adoption. Not to mention everyone always thought Winter was the princess.

 

....trust me u DONT want to get into genetics in the SWU...it gets ugly. The point of Quinlan Vos and Mara Jade was argued for 3 pages once.

 

I gotta say that I sincerely doubt that a woven Tusken mask would block all light plus UV rays. It probably offers some useful protection against damaging radiation (Tusken sunburns? ouch) but I doubt that it fully blocks all light.

Nope. It appears to be pretty common knowledge that she's adopted. In DL, everyone knows, and I think there's a actually a news report about her adoption.

Plus, there's always that, "Do you remember your mother? Your real mother?"
