What happend to R4-G9

What ever happend to R4-G9? she went to the clone ship to tell the clones to come, but what happend to her then? Did darth vader use her? becuse i saw a picture of darth vader in a jedi starfighter and there was a astro-droid in it.

 

Probably reassigned after the Clone Wars for civilian use since I don't think the Empire used astromech droids, at least not in the films.

 

The only information the OS has is that she piloted the ship offworld and relayed Obi-Wan's message to the fleet. There is no information regarding R4's fate. To answer your second question, no, Darth Vader did not use R4-G9. The only astromech droid that Vader uses is R2.

I assume you mean when Anakin traveled to Mustafar. In that case the astromech with him is R2-D2. R2 is the only astromech that Anakin uses in the Prequels (and the Saga for that matter).

 

He also pilots a black Jedi starfighter in Dark Lord.

 

...and the satrfighter is equipped with an unnamed black-colored astromech droid!

BTW, where is it stated that R4 is a "she"?
