We all know max as the General who led the Imperial casmpaighn at Hoth. His son Zevulon went to the Rebeelion. What became of the two?

Max after sustaining injuries from having Klivian's speeder crash into his walker at the battle of hoth, and lost the use of his legs. He later commanded an army during operation shadowhand in dark empire series and died.

Hobbie is a bacta boy as well, as he survived the impact but was put in a bacta tank to heal from his wounds after hoth.

"MatthewTrias- In which issue of Dark Empire II did General Veers die? "

Issue 1. His death was expanded upon more in part 1 of the DE II audio drama. He's talking to Sedriss.then an explosion goes off and he kinda screams.

I bet "Captain" was a screw up. But maybe not, I've never heard the audio book.

It probaly was,but the EGtCs second edition confirms that he was demoted from General to Captain. Apparently Sedriss hated the man for some reason.

I have the dramas in myp3 format. Pretty cool.

I think Sedriss hated Veers because of his association with Darth Vader.

Right,I think he was jealous of Veers. After all,Sedriss did erect a statue of Vader in his honor.

TNEGTC states that all the warlords were scared of Veers for his ties with Vader.

Why? vader was long dead, why would they be scared of someone associated with him years ago?

Because as evidenced by Vader's glove - the power (and terror and mystique) of Darth Vader lived on long after his death.

His extra cape exhibited a definite Dark Side taint and feeling of pure evil for crying out loud.

People feared Vader because it was prudent to do so - regardless of whether the Sith Lord was dead or alive.

Besides, they knew little of the Dark Side, for all they new a curse to Vader could have got them killed by Vader's dead wraith, not to mention sleep agents of the true Emperor.

I don't remember it saying that they feared him. I think it said that they hated him.

They didnt fear Vader. They hated Vader and all who were worked under him. Which included Veers.

Man, Veers had a ****** life after Endor.

No one liked Veers cause of his ties to Vader. They weren't afraid of him, they had no reason to once vader had died, so I itnhk they got back at him for their own insicurities.

He got demoted twice I think. Then he got bored of all the abuse and decided to beat the hell out of the enemy and die aswell.
