What is the next book after the Courtship of Princess Leia?

    what is the next book after the courtship of princess lea ( i know this is a long way ahead ) how does luke skywalker die and in what book

    Tatooine Ghost is the book right after Courtship.

    Luke hasn't died yet.

    Anakin Solo died, that was the only reference to a death that i found, unless i missed it somwhere. Luke's still around, hes just pretty much taken a backseat to this whole thing for a while.

    You might be confusing Anakin Solo with Luke. After Courtship comes Tatooine Ghost and then Heir to the Empire and the rest of Timothy Zahn's series.

    Technically, Luke nearly died, and would have, if the Force hadnt just "magically" healed him for no apparent reason. So he had a fatal wound, but still survived.

    It was the second time Luke dies but lives.

    Tatooine Ghost is about a trip by Han and Leia to Tatooine to recover a piece of Alderaanian art that contains a code key to a secret Republic transmission system they use to contact their spies within the Empire inside it's framwork system. Along the way, Leia learns about Anakin Skywalker's past as a child and about Shmi Skywalker.

    Yes, i recommend you read it.

    But since you've asked so many times, i guess you wont mind a few spoilers:

    On Dathomir, Luke finally meets up with the head Nightsister, i forget her name, but she does some force trick and pops a vessel in Luke's brain. Luke falls and is on the verge of dying, when all of sudden he begins to see stuff as luminous beings, and the surrounding force fixes his fatal wound.

    So he dies but lives.

    CoPL is pretty cool since its the only book, in my opinion, that shows how powerful the son of Skywalker can really be. The stuff he does is just awsome.

    Yeah, CoPL is one of my favorites. Wolverton nailed Han and Leia's personalities. And the Nightsisters were pretty cool bad 'guys.'

    Does anyone know how soon after CoPL Tatooine Ghost takes place?

    I believe the first chapter says 8 months after the Dathomir stuff and 6 after the wedding.

    IMO, both Han and Leia were way off in COPL, but then I suppose that's the result of the wretched attempt of a love story in that book.

    The rest of the book was pretty good though ::)

    I felt like I was reading more about Han and Leia's evil clones than Han and Leia.

    k ive already read the courtship of princess lea if i didn't i wouldn't have posted this thread

    and he didn't die it just states that he waas lifted bye all the animals such as salamanders

    Luke did die on Dathomir, but the life energies of the local animals brought him back.

    Tatooine Ghost. Luke's nearly died several times, but's always pulled through.
