When was the last time you had Pancakes? Waffles?

I had waffles yesterday for Fourth of July.

 

Not sure if this counts, but I had South Indian masala dosa a few weeks back, which is sort of like a pancake. Pure pancakes and waffles are scarce around these parts and usually contain eggs, which I don't eat.

 

Love a Masala Dosa.
Love an Egg Hopper.
Maybe not "pancakes", but I approve.

 

I am sorry to say it, but I have had pancakes more recently.

No, just regular with good old syrup and butter.

 

I normally go for pancakes, but yesterday I had the most delicious waffle: savory waffle, fried chicken, avocado and peppers, poached egg, and hollandaise sauce. Such a treat, and nearly converted me to waffles

 

I had leftover pancakes this morning, and there are also leftover waffles in the fridge from when I made them on Sunday morning.

 

I had waffles two days ago. I can't recall the last time I ate pancakes.

 

I cooked pancakes on Sunday, but I think I put too much bi-carb soda in them...so....mm...they weren't too nice....

 

Had some yesterday. Natures own brand. Really good waffles.

 

I had pancakes for the first time in far too long yesterday. I've got a box of mix now so I should be having more in the near future though!

 

I typically can't eat sweets in the morning. I get a tummy ache. Thanks for asking though.

 

Had this at a nice Canadian restaurant in Texas. So good.

WHOA!!!!!!!!! That is some crazy waffle thing! It does look delicious tho....

 

That is Chicken strips, Waffles, and Bacon with butter and strawberries along with two cream puffs on a stick. Added in some maple syrup and I was a happy camper. That’s a whiskey sour there as well, also mixed with maple syrup.

 

Pancakes, a few days ago...

 

Waffles more recently, but they were of the toaster variety, so . . .

 

I'm eating . . . some waffles . . . nnnnoooowwwww! (gulp)

 

Pancakes for lunch today! So much better than Waffles!

 

Every Saturday morniong we hit our favorite diner and I get TWO Blueberry Buttermilk cakes. They are enormous(12"+ diameter each) but the home made recipe they use at this diner is just crazy amazing. Thye taste like an ice cream cone with some buttermilk tang..... I have no idea how they do it but I behave all week so I can murder these two cakes every week. Then, Sunday I make some home made ones! So, its 'cakes for us every weekend!

 

Made Death Star shaped buttermilk waffles for dinner last night.
