where are the darksiders hiding in the njo?

I was just been educating myself on the darkside with the darkside sourcebook and the companion guide in gamer magazine and i was wondering where all of the darkside users are in the njo? Some of the characters have final fates and some are left open ended. so far the fates of the following are unknown :

Blackhole---slowly went crazy and disappeared, MIA
Lumiya---stealing tree pollen from the imperial remnant and fighting a few vong in the process, is this game idea set in stone or not?
Roganda and Irek Ismarren---last seen running to Belsavis, MIA
Sarcev Quest---left on Nar Shaddaa after being tortured, MIA
Arden Lyn---MIA
Maarek Steele---with Baron Fel?s 181st
Jeng Droga---went to Kaal after emperor?s final death, MIA
Kadann---hiding, MIA
Jedgar---hiding, MIA
Azrakel---bounty hunter, MIA
High Inqusitor Tremayne---MIA
The shadow academy teachers and students---we saw one set in Star By Star, where are the rest at?
Is Danthormir in vong controlled space?

Out of all of these characters, we only have a slight idea of what Lumiya is doing during the njo. Wouldn?t you think that the rest of these guys and gals would use the turmoil the galaxy is in to make a bid for power?

And what was the deal with the force users from I, Jedi? Were they darksiders or just being tricked by that girl whose name I can?t remember? Where did they come from?

Any thoughts or relevant info?

 

First off, Dathomir is in Vong space, and we learned in Star by Star that it was conquered. The fate of the witches of Dathomir is unknown, but it's most likely they're all dead. Kirana Ti, Teneniel Djo, and Tenel Ka are the last known witches.

The group from I, Jedi were the Jensaarai. They weren't darksiders like Palpatine and Exar Kun were, but they weren't Jedi either. They were a splinter group that adopted several Sith teachings. These teachings were minor ones, as such the Jensaarai were safe from the corrupting influence of the dark side. I think Luke incorporated several of their teachings into the academy, and probably took some Jensaarai as students. The rest are probably still on Susevfi. I don't know where Susevfi is, so I can't say if they're in Vong space or not.

 

It's a very big galaxy, and there are still many uncharted areas. They ould be hiding anywhere, but I suspect many have died.

Lomi and Welk were not Shadow Academy students; they were taught the dark side on Dathomir by the few remaining Nightsisters. The Shadow Academy students were all killed or captured in Jedi Under Seige.

And Tenel Ka's not a witch; she's a Jedi

Those weren't the real Kadann and Jedgar. Those were the phony Prophets of the Dark Side who were trapped in the ruins of the city on Yavin.

The real versions are MIA.

 

Don't forget Adalric and Jaalib Brandl ! According to the official continuinty, their MIA. However, there story continues in a fan fiction by their creator herself which shows where she was planning to take them and that force-sensitive Rebel girl. I don't believe either of them died, so they are MIA.

Just a point of clarity, all the new Dark Jedi that Palpatine Reborn made, were they all killed ?

Also, though highly unlikely to survive his encounter with Kyle Katarn, i thought that the enemy for Jedi Outcast was a Dark Jedi.

lightsyder, Note that you didn't mention the events in the adventure seeds from gamer, which hint at last known position many of those characters.

Considering that the false prophets, and there stormtroopers destroyed all life support in the city, before being trapped down there, they would be dead by the time of the NJO. They would have died short time after GODV series, without the lifesupport systems.

 

Lumia is still considered a threat by most of us(i would think.

BlackHole was an old man who had "health" problems in the GCW.

All and all it seems the former Imperial Hands dont want to come out of hiding and face the truth.

actually Valiento i wasn't sure if they were considered canon or not. are all of the adventure seeds considered to have hppened?

 

I think more or less they are. This would make Jeng Droga dead, I believe, as he died during Jedi Under Siege, according to the adventure seed...i think.

 

so, if the adventure seeds do count we ahve the following updates :

Jeng Droga---was with the shadow academy at yavin IV, possibly died when the station exploded?

i hope the seeds are canon. i only wish we could see some more details for teh stories. we need a tales of the sith collection to expand on these stories

 

There are a LOT of missing darksiders. After reading through the Dark Side Sourcebook, the disapperance or exile of darksiders usually means they are going to be back - maybe one of them will reinstitute the secret two-Sith tradition, or the survivors will found a new Sith Empire out beyond the known star systems. What I'd like to see is the NR, Empire, and Hapans kick the Vong to pieces, form a coherent Galactic Republic with the power and authority of the old days (millennia before Palpatine), and a strong Jedi Order to support the Republic. Then the new Sith Empire is encountered, and all hell breaks loose.

Or, for a change of pace from the NJO, we can see some stories set in the previous Rebellion and New Republic times that show how the darksiders were brought down, one by one - a Dark Jedi Purge.

 

maybe the 2 dark siders in SBS(cant think of names right now) know where they are. and maybe that is where they are going after they took raynar (poor guy). and maybe we will see him(raynar) again as a dark jedi leading the other MIA dark jedi that arent killed. Just a thought

 

i believe the darkside sourcebook said that lumiya had taken the sith back into hiding and restarted the rule of two. maybe she also supplied Roganda Ismaren with the sith teachings for Irek. and since Sarcev was supposedly heading to the corporate sector we could maybe guess he was going to meet Lumiya or Roganda. maybe Lumiya is gathering the remaining darksiders for her own purposes? just a theory but it would be cool to see happen. it would explain why none of them are causing any trouble.

 

I just remembered this but in star by star is it not implied that Lomi and Welk are survivors of the shadow academy. didn't Welk say he remembered Zekk from when he trained at the academy?

Witches of Dothmir Dead? I think not, one theing the witches are is tough. especialy with their element controlling abilities. And plus they can dig into thir own planet wich is mostly wilderness anyway. Unless they use bio warfair (Which is only used as a last resort) the Witches are probably in hiding on Dothmir.

Especialy since the Yuzzahn vong wouldnt waste yime tracking down primative Force users on 1 planet while Active inter stellar jedi make trouble for them. And If the Vong acted like they usually do they would have told the jedi they were threataning their Force using kin.

The Nightsister would likewise be in hiding. Not to mention the Nightsister in Endor.

 

I wasn't certain, but isn't the Endor Nightsister dead ? If it wasn't a kids movie she most certainly would be (unless it was written by KJA )

Brakiss is dead too, isn't he ? Jeng Droga aboard Shadow Academy, well that's news. From now on, i shall think of him being man behind the Shadow Academy.
This way, i can think of the Royal Guards as being fakes as well. Come on, if they're gonna fake the Emperor, then why not fake the Royal Guards, too

 

And also remember that there are many former Sith strongholds filled with darkside spirits and artifacts - Dxun, Drommund Kaas, Korriban, and other places where nobody but a darksider would dare venture. And Jerec's Vengeance is still MIA. A new Shadow Academy, perhaps?

 

Not sure about the others but almost all the students from the shadow acadamy were either converted to the light side or they were imprisoned somewhere.

 

1.Maareke Stele, Probably serving the Imperial Remnant with Pealleons best squadrons maybe serving with the Chiss under Baron Fel but woud be discovered by Luke Skywalker or the Jedi quickly if he was.

2.Roganda Ismaren and Irek Ismaren, she found some old sith scroll describing the obscure Sith Art of Mechu-Deru,mechanical manipulation using the force,Irek is a master at it now and is waiting to unleash hordes of abdominations on the galaxy.

3.Kir Kanos, waiting for the right chance to kill Luke and Leia to avenge the emperors death.

4.Aldric Brandl and son, possibly hiding out in empire.

5.Sarcev Quest, hiding out in the Corporate Sector trying to avoid the yuuzhan vong and kir kanos.

6.Lomi Plo and Welk, in hiding on Dathomir or some other planet trying to free the other Dark Jedi and Nightsisters,or on planet far from the invasion like Cerea or Bakura trying to stay out of sight also trying to corrupt Raynor Thul.

7.Lumiya, hiding out on Ziost with Baffor Tree Pollen and new Sith apprentice waiting to kill some vong.

8.Miat Temm, hiding in Imperial space waiting to kill Pelleaon and rule the empire.

9.Arden Lyn, either dead or still searching for the Kashi Mer Tailsman,probably unawhere of the invasion.
