Did you buy this? If not, there's your problem. The serial probably has already been serialized.

First, I recommend punctuation. It helps communication on text-based methods tremendously.

Second, if you bought alamDV 1, even, you should be able to use all versions of alamDV. Sign in with your PW and you should be able to DL the effects.

    ^ Priceless.

I honestly have no idea what you're talking about. Please start writing like someone with a 3rd grade education.

He basically admitted to having gotten a warez copy of AlamDV 2. That's the worst form of piracy, when you can't even afford a $50 program and you ask for help stealing it.

    Jeeze.

Also begs the question, when asking how to find AlamDV is.. Why would you want to? There's nothing that program does that you can't do much better in other programs.

Plus the fact that he called it a plugin.. AlamDV is a standalone program, if I remember correctly, so this person doesn't seem to even know what it is he's looking for.

nah, you can download the plugins/effects off the site once you've bought it and registered your account..

Chriss: AE is also 100x more expensive than Alamdv.

Isn't AlamDV2 like $50? AE is not $5000, even for commercial pro bundle 5.5 with many many plugins.

IIRC, AE:pB 5.5 commercial runs for around $1600 which would be 32x as much as AlamDV2, provided that AlamDV2 is $50.

actually, alamdv is £49.99 or approx $78.88, and AE would be around £1000.. so thats about right?

....why don't you e-mail the admins of alamdv.com? Surely if you're legit, they'll give you gold status.

    This is stupid.

He's been "helped," please lock this thread so AWB can stop beancounting and Silver can stop getting his pleasure from avoiding the question asked and delving into hidden implications. You both are my buddies, but this is getting dumb.

Hope you've been helped, sippy. If not, the folks at ALAMdv.com can help you to retrieve your gold status.
